Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm, 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, filling in alternate layer and earth plate connected to galvanized iron earth wire of 4mm dia as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule (Part I) (2009) connected to earth test point/ main switch/ DB/ Panel board all as specified including testing on completion with and including 15mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 meter long for GI earth wire including PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 pit with 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4), type B -1 cover reinforced with 12mm dia MS bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways with lifting hooks made out of 12mm dia MS bars, wire mesh funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, as specified including dismantling of existing unserviceable earth pit and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK FOR EXTERNAL SERVICES ( Comprises of External Electrification , External Water Supply , Hard Standing / PCC Path ,Area Drainage , Sewage Disposal.)

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for laying of pipes/cables in trenches for foundation etc., or for shafts cum well , cell ,pits,manholes, pier holes etc., not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out including leveling of bottom surface and trimming of sides complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas & depth not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas & depth not exceeding 1.5 M deep and getting out in hard rock by means of mechanical plant or by chisel cutting complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 250 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply & fixing galvanized steel water tubing medium grade complete with all fittings such as bends elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and pigs, unions etc complete of size 25mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing galvanized steel water tubing medium grade complete with all fittings such as bends elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and pigs, unions etc complete of size 50mm dia complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Gun metal globe or gate valve of size 25mm bore confirming to IS 778-1984 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI pipe including all fittings / fixtures like nipple, union etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of Brick masonry valve chamber (230mm thick wall) of 900 x 900 x 900mm internal size, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation, brick wall with sub class `B’ bricks built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping rendering in CM 1:4 15mm thick including provision of MS sheet cover 2mm thick fixed to MS angle frame made out of 40x40x4mm thick with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces and locking arrangements with godrej lock including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Cutting/Boring on the existing CI/GI pipe line 50mm dia (in position) for insertion of new galvanised Tee 50 x 50 x 25 mm for branch connection incl necessary jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Screwing existing galvanised steel tubing of size 50mm dia fot addition or alteration (lengthening screw on pipe to form connector complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 2 Core 10 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shal be measured and paid separately

Supply and spreading M sand in trenches for cables Cushioning on top and bottom of cables all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class 'B for cable protection complete all as specified and directed at site.

HARD STANDING / PCC PATH

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.95.01 above for every 30cm or part thereof above or below 15cm average all as specified and directed at site.

Spreading & Levelling and well ramming including watering as required in layers n.exc 25 cm thick all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for manholes, septic tank etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of guage n.exc 63mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade 'C4' having minimum average compressive strength of 40 Kg/Sq cm at 28 days and Density not less than 1800 kg/cum all as per IS-2185 (Part-I) 2005 exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2, 75mm thick (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floor complete. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigments of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 over 50mm thick compacted sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for M Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6, 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for 150mm dia bore reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed all as specified incl demolition and breaking up same bore dia pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for concrete bed to drain pipes of bore 150 mm in Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing Plain Cement Concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to manholes etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregated) as in copping incl necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars of quality conforming to Fe-500D in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars of quality conforming to Fe-500D in reinforcement, 6mm to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:4 as in manhole cover slabs including formwork and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement bars shall be measured and paid separately.
