ELECTRICIFICATION JOB AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS OF SHED AND BUILDING INSIDE PATA PLANT

A) Supply and installation of flameproof lighting fixtures in C&P Lube oil store (Cement Go down) & new chemical store at GAIL Pata

A-01) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of bracket type mounting 100W LED lighting fixture with a beam angle of 120 degree, Flameproof (Exd) type, suitable for Zone-1, gas group IIC location, Temperature Class:T6, ingress protection-IP 65, Polycarbonate diffuser including mounting brackets. It shall be of high bay type with a minimum lumen output of 13,000. The Light fitting shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The lighting module shall be approved by EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -as fixing arrangement of LED fixture including all type of hard wares, Double compressed Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.

A-02) Supply ,Installation, commissioning of 4"GI Perforated Cable Trays of 1.6mm thickness suitable for multi-run cable. The cable tray shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication with self-tapping screw in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -As all cables shall be clamped with suitable aluminium strip every one meter including all type of hard wares, Cable laying jobs including tools tackles, labour, scaffolding, etc.

A-03) Supply, Installation, commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed, FRLS (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) of 3C X 2.5 Sq.mm Cu XLPE Arm power cables along with cable laying on Perforated trays as per the direction of the EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -As all cables shall be proper clamped or covered including all type of hard wares, Cable laying, termination, glanding, lugging, jobs including labours,scaffolding, etc.

A-04) Supply ,erection ,testing & commissioning of 6 way flame proof lighting distribution board having 63A I/C ,TPN with RCBO (30mA) + 5 O/G 10A, MCB SP, Flameproof (Exd) type, suitable for Zone-1,gas group IIC, Temperature Class:T6,Minimum IP 65 rated. Lighting Distribution board shall be double earthing provision. The LDB shall have a Auto/Manual TNC switch with timer circuit and the shall be operated outside without opening the panel door. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the Tools & Tackles, labour, material etc complete in all respects as per of direction of EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor as fixing arrangement (Stand) of LDB including all type of hard wares, Double compressed Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.

A-05) Making of Earth Pit including Supply of all required materials, consumables etc. for hot dip galvanized GI pipe earthing with 3.0 mtrs long G.I pipe class-B, 65 mm dia and 4.01mm of thickness with cap and masonary earth pit , enclosure earthing pit as per drawing in SCC. It shall include complete jobs including making new chamber, putting charcoal/salt mixture in the pit, achieving earth resistance of <= 5 Ohms of individual electrode and covering the pit with chequered plate with painting and number & symbol marking. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including connection materials all the tools tackles, labour, etc complete in all respects and as per of direction of EIC

A-06) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the complete 50x5mm earth raiser with minimum of 10 holes ,which is compatible to fix 10mm dia GI rope etc. for double earthing of all electrical equipment, termination, lugging, as per the standard practices and as per the direction of the EIC.

A-07) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 40x5mm GI Earthing strip for connection from Nearby Eathing Pit to Earth riser and Earth strip Welding happen, it shall be covered/coated with bituminous tape/paint as per the standard practices and as per the direction of the EIC.The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -As fixing arrangement of strip including all type of hard wares, etc.

A-08) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 10mm Dia of GI Earthing Rope for double earthing of all electrical equipment, as per the standard practices and as per the direction of the EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -As fixing arrangement of GI rope including all type of hard wares, etc.

A-09) Supply, laying, termination, glanding, lugging, testing and commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed, FRLS (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) of 3.5C X 35 Sq.mm Al XLPE Arm power cables along with laying on cable trays OR in Cable trench and its proper sealing, etc. as per of direction of EIC. The all required jobs with supply of all consumables in the scope of Vendor -As all cables shall be proper clamped or covered including all type of hard wares, double compression gland, lugs, cable tags Cable laying jobs including labours, scaffolding, etc.

B) Supply and installation of LED lighting fixtures in EIL Store and C&P Store green shed, Tin Shed, project building & old C&P Store at GAIL Pata

It shall be of high-bay type with a minimum lumen output of 5850. The Light fitting shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The lighting module shall be approved by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all type of fixing arrangement of LED fixture with all type of hard wares, Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor."

B-03) Installation, testing & commissioning of LED Well Glass Lighting fixture, 45W, 240V, Min 130 lm/W with a beam angle of 120 degree, Temperature Class:T6, ingress protection-IP 66, Polycarbonate diffuser including mounting brackets. It shall be of high-bay type with a minimum lumen output of 5850. The Light fitting shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The lighting module shall be approved by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of LED fixture with all type of hard wares, Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor." Only well glass 45 watt LED lighting fixtures will be provided by GAIL.

B-04) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Aluminium 40W LED Tube Light, 240V, Min 130 lm/W with a beam angle of 120 degree, Temperature Class:T6, ingress protection-IP 66, Diffuser - acrylic/Polycarbonate including mounting brackets. It shall be of high-bay type with a minimum lumen output of 5200. The Light fitting shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The lighting module shall be approved by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of LED fixture with all type of hard wares, Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-05) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Aluminium 45W LED Street Light, IP66, 240V, Min 130 lm/W with a beam angle of 120 degree, Temperature Class:T6, ingress protection-IP 66, Diffuser - acrylic/Polycarbonate including mounting brackets. It shall be of high-bay type with a minimum lumen output of 5850. The Light fitting shall be fixed with the existing structure or one inch dia of GI Conduit pipe through brackets or appropriate fabrication in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The lighting module shall be approved by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of LED fixture with all type of hard wares, Cable Gland, Dead Nuts for ceiling of hole, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-06) Supply, laying, termination, Single compress glanding/PVC glanding, lugging, testing and commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed, 3C X 2.5 Sq.mm Cu XLPE FRLS Arm Cable including laying on cable trays and its proper sealing, binding etc. The cables shall be fixed with the existing structure or cable tray along with clamps for every one meter.The cable shall be clamped with suitable aluminium strip through brackets or appropriate fabrication with proper sealing, binding etc. in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The cable root shall be decided by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement with cables including all type of hard wares, lugs, cable tags, gland plates at both ends of LDB, JBs and lighting fixtures, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor."

B-07) Supply, laying, termination, Single compress glanding/PVC glanding, lugging, testing and commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed,3C X 1.5 Sq.mm Cu XLPE FRLS Flexible Cable including laying on cable trays and its proper sealing, binding etc. The cables shall be fixed with the existing structure or cable tray along with clamps for every one meter.The cable shall be clamped with suitable aluminium strip through brackets or appropriate fabrication with proper sealing, binding etc. in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The cable root shall be decided by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of cables with all type of hard wares, lugs, cable tags, cable gland, Gland Plate at both ends of LDB, JBs and lighting fixtures, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the Scope of vendor."

B-08) Supply, laying, termination, Single compress glanding/PVC glanding, lugging, testing and commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed,3.5C X 35 Sq.mm Al XLPE FRLS Arm Cable including laying on cable trays and its proper sealing, binding etc. The cables shall be fixed with the existing structure or cable tray along with clamps for every one meter.The cable shall be clamped with suitable aluminium strip through brackets or appropriate fabrication with proper sealing, binding etc. in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. The cable root shall be decided by EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of cables with all type of hard wares, lugs, cable tags, cable gland, Gland Plate at both ends of LDB, JBs and lighting fixtures, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-09) Supply and installation of GI Lighting JB (4"x4") of 1.6mm thickness 4way with Suitable size connectors,Cover and Cable glands ( PVC & Single compress). The Lighting JBs shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication suitable plates in all respects as per the direction of the EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of JBs with all type of hard wares, lugs, cable tags, cable gland, Gland Plates, termination, glanding, lugging, Cable Fixing arrangement, scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor."

B-10) Supply ,Installation, testing, commissioning of 4"GI Perforated Cable Trays of 1.6mm thickness suitable for multi-run cables along with clamps for every one meter. The cable shall be clamped with suitable aluminium strip.The cable tray shall be fixed on supporting structure or existing structure. The supporting structure will be clamped with existing structure through self-tapping screw or welding. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of Cable tray with all type of hard wares, Screws, welding M/c, tools tackles, labour, material etc scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-14) Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 10mm Dia of GI Earthing Rope for double earthing of all electrical equipment, as per the standard practices and as per the direction of the EIC. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of GI rope including all type of hard wares, etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-15) Supply, Installation, testing, commissioning of 1"GI Conduit pipe (1.6mm Wall thickness) along with all types of Elbows, Clamps. and checknuts for JBs or DBs, etc. suitable for multi-run Wire/cables laying. The conduit pipe should be clamped for every one meter by suitable clamp with supporting structure. "The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including all fixing arrangement of conduits with all type of hard wares, Screws, welding M/c, tools tackles, labour, material etc and scaffolding etc.shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-16) Supply ,erection ,testing & commissioning of 6 way double door lighting distribution board (LDB) (1.6mm Wall thickness) having 63A I/C ,TPN with RCBO (30mA) + 5 O/G 10A , MCB SP type, Lighting Distribution board shall be double earthing provision.The LDB shall have a Auto/Manual TNC switch with timer circuit, Contactor 63AMP and provision for ON & OFF Push Bottom Red & Green. It shall be operated outside without opening the panel door. Supply and Fixing of LDB on MS Iron Stand. Work shall be complete in all respect as per specification, drawings, scope of work defined in tender document, and including all the tools tackles, labour, material etc complete in all respects and as per of direction of EIC.

B-17) Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Metallic switch Board along with 5Amp of three switches and all accessories. The switch Board shall be fixed with the existing structure through brackets or appropriate fabrication Plate in all respects and as per the direction of the EIC. The switch module shall be approved by EIC.

B-18) Supply, Installation, commissioning of 1.1kVgrade PVC sheathed, FRLS (conforming to IS:7098 and specification) of 2.5 Sq.mm Cu XLPE Wire along with wire laying in conduit and as per the direction of the EIC." The all required jobs with supply of all consumables including laying of all wire all in proper conduit with all type of hard wares, Cable laying, termination, glanding, lugging, jobs including labours, scaffolding, etc shall be in the scope of vendor".

B-19) This SOR shall be proportional to number of lighting fixtures only. Removing / dismantling of old existing lighting fixtures, cables, Clamps, etc. including all respect for installation of new lighting system. The all scrap materials shall be safely shifted at C&P scrap Yard. The lifting & shifting including transportations, tools tackles, scaffolding, labours etc in the scope of vendor. The work shall be completed in all respect and as per of direction of EIC.

B-20) EPMC Hiring charges for designing of lighting system to maintain LUX level around 200 at floor level and 300 LUX at rack level at proposed deferent locations. All electrical works shall be carried out under EPMC.
