SUPPLY OF VEHICLE MOUNTED DESILTING MACHINE

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the ‘Schedule of Requirements’ up to at least xxxx % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. The equipments offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The models should have been released on or after xxxxx and be in satisfactory operation for xxxxx months as on date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per General Conditions of Contract and Special Conditions of Contract. Manufacturers Authorization Form to be provided as per Section XIII of Tender Document.

In case of authorized representative/dealer of a manufacturer - The tenderer, as authorized representative/dealer , has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least xxxxx % of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least xxxxx months on the date of tender opening. Certificates to be provided as per Section XII of Tender Document.

The legal status, place of registration and principal place of business of the company or firm or partnership.

Details of experience and past performance of the tenderer on equipment offered and on those of similar nature within the past three/five years2 and details of current contracts in hand and other commitments.

A detailed description of the essential technical and performance characteristics of the goods.

A list giving full particulars, including available sources and current prices, of spare parts, special tools, etc., necessary for the proper and continuing functioning of the goods for a period of two years, following commencement of the use of the goods by the Purchaser.

Item-by-item commentary on the Purchaser's Technical Specifications demonstrating substantial responsiveness of the goods and services to those specifications or a statement of deviations and exceptions to the provisions of the Technical Specifications.

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirement up to at least 50 % of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years. Should have executed in a single work order to any of the State/ Central Government Departments in India, during of 2020-21,2021-22 ,2022-23 to 2023-24. And 2024-2025 (as on the date of tender submission) and Satisfactorary work completion certificate should be submitted

Availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.6.90 lakhs from Nationalised bankers assuring extending financial support to bidder to that extent to complete the contract.

The minimum financial turnover should be equivalent to Rs.92.00 lakhs from any two years in the past 5 financial years2020-21,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25: Attach Audited annual financial turnover certificate by Chartered Accountant with UDIN number is must

Authorisation certificate: Only the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) OR Authorised Dealer/Distributor with minimum 5 years experience in supply Vehicle Mounted Desilting machine are eligible to participate.

No order should have been withdrawn from any Govt/non govt organistaions in last three years should submit affidavit for the same.

Bidder should upload Body Build or Trade Certificate issued from RTO, Karnataka (Form 17 Certification).

Bidder should have local service center in Karnataka and to attach relevant documents.

The bidder should agree for minimum Guarantee period of 1 year for all the equipment & accessories and additional 3 years warranty with paid service for the machineries and he Warranty should carry replacement/ service /maintenance of equipment/accessories/ provide adequate spares and service support during the period of Warranty

The bidder or OEM should not have been debarred or blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Central State Govt.Undertakings or enterprises Organizations and by any other Quasi Government bodies or Organizations, World Bank or Govt Emarketing portal or any major Enterprise or Organization in India for non satisfactory performance, corrupt and Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions or security clearance etc during the past. Delisted or barred or penalized by the Government eMarketing Portal gem for the reasons of not fulfilling or breach of terms of the Portal as on the date of Tender submission.
