Material and labour in replacement of PVC insulated multi stranded aluminum conductor PVC cable sheathed 4 Sq mm single core and making connections of street light fittings with overhead lines/UG Cable complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

All as per ser item No 9 here-in-before but for 2.5 sqmm single core all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement contactor single phase AC 220 volts 32- 40 Amps suitable for street timer box as per sample at ground all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Taking down of old unserviceable street light fittings and Supply, fixing and testing LED street light fitting of 45 Watt fitted on 4 to 9 meter high octagonal pole including LED lamps complete with body robust, corrosion, resistant, superior finish and without any cracks or through holes, made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The luminaries shall be monolithic construction totally enclosed dust and water proof with minimum IP-65 protection as per IS-10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and input voltage range 140-300V, AC, frequency 50-60 Hz, PF should be more than 0.9 with total harmonic distoration THD (I) less than 15%, cool white colour and lamp starting time should not be more than 10 second, Fittings should be provided with 10 KV surge protection. Driver should be constant current constant voltage driver. Driver should have high voltage withstanding capacity upto 300V, AC. Driver should also have double phase protection, no load, open circuit and short circuit protection. LED light fittings should be suitable for ambient temperature from - 10 degree centrigrade to 50 degree centigrade and humidity level 10% to 90% RH. Covers should be polycarbonate/ toughened glass to ensure minimum IP 65 degree protection cover should not degrade due to heating and ageing. No extra payment is admissible on these account. Supply & fixing in replacement street light bracket suitable for 25 - 80 watt LED street light fitting on poles GI light grade pipe, length exc 1mtr but n. exc 1.5 mtr and bent to shape complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

M & L for river sand, washed and screened dry for sand cushioning to under ground cable 23 cm thick, 8 cm thick below the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

Supply and laying burnt bricks sub class 'B' old size for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified.

Laying only old burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge. Note : Bricks retrieved from existing line shall be relaid.

Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) manually under existing road ( maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

S & F in replacement 40 mm bore Galvanised iron pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge. Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

All as per Srl item No. 25 here-in-before but size 20 mm bore dia all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Supply, laying or fixing in replacement , jointing testing and commissioning in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 with cross sectional area 16 Sqmm,4 core, laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of BOQ.

M & L for taking down street light / house service line connections from LT poles, reconnecting the same after removing/ cleaning of carbon, dust over ACSR conductor and jointing with proper size of 2 core extendable cable required at site complete all as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches not exc 10cm girth touching/approaching the LT/HT overhead lines upto 3 metre width on each side with hacksaw/axe to clear the LT/HT line including disposal of trimmed branches 100 Metre away inside the cantonment area & clearing site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-streching of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on over head lines fixed on insulators from 02/04 pole structure after loosening from insulators and fixing on pin, Disc insulator same with new aluminum binding wire 2mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 73,030.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material. Please refer detail on srl page No 24 (Schedule of credit) of Tender Documents.
