M&L extra for forming fair finished drain or chanel 20 to 40cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick 1:3:6 type C-2 as in paving etc finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum getting out in soft/loose soil incl returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire , all as specified and directed :-(Each line wire to be measured)

M & L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast fencing posts, stuts etc area exc 100 & not exc 250Sqcm including form work etc complete all as specified and as directed:-

S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 12 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups and binders.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm and not exc 10cm long dia of neck 12mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc incl all necessary drilling, bolting, or reviting etc conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Mild steel bars 10mm dia round bar cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips for fencing. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size. 300x450x6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls, Pillars etc over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete after dismantling of existing damaged tiling complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Granite (of any type) work 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, pillars etc in cement mortar 1:4 incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marbels dust with admixuture of pigment to match with shed of granite laid over 15mm thick cement screed bed in 1:4 mix complete after demolition of existing damaged granite slab/tile of any description complete all as specified and as directed

M&L prepolished, coloured, cement concrete tiles 20 to 25 mm thick jointed and pointed, using white cement and pigment in floors, etc and 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete after demolition of existing damaged tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plate and the like incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered/concrete surfaces of any description & applying two coats of cement base paint on fencing post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description,n exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete as specified and directed.
