Demolition of cement conc (un reinf) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down mild steel shutters of any description of size exceeding 1 sqm and exc. 4 sqm but reflxing in the same opening after the following process : Repair, servicing, greasing and overhauling of MS shutter manual operated type of any size including shutter welded to holdfast and S & F sliding bolt, hinges and cutting holes to wall for fixing of holdfast and making good dismateled portion of wall in cement concerte (1:2:4) type B-I making good the surfaces with CM (1:4) and Mild steel shutter make functional to the entire satisfaction of the Engineers in charge all as sepecified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc incl raking out joints hacking for keys srubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with Shutters ( without taking off the shutter from the frame ) of area n.exc 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkats or frames with Shutters ( without taking off the shutter from the frame ) of area exc 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 Sqm & removing from site complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm each and not exc 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing the shutters of any description size exc 1 sqm and n.exc 2 sqm but refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed

M&L brick work , with sub class 'B' bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6mtr mean radius, using old size bricks complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for damp proofing treatment to wall with two component acrylic polymer cementitios water proof elastomeric coating food grade mix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh cloth as first coat is still green with overlap of joints of fibre mesh not be less than 10mm then finally apply second layer mix by brush to entire surface of contianer covering 0.6-0.78 Sqm/gm 1mm thickness in two coats depending on the level of substrate and curing it minimum 3 days complete all as specified and directed.
