PROVN OF SNCO TRANSIT ACCN AIRCREW AT 19 FBSU UNDER GE(AF) THOISE

Construction of SNCO Transit Accn (Aircrew) with toilet (made up of RCC framed structure as per codal provisions) of size Bldg - 4 rooms of size 4mx4mx3.20mtr height & Toilet - 4 Nos of size 2.20mx1.80m x3.20 complete all as shown on drawing and all as specified. The structural design of bldg needs to be prepared and also to be vetted from NIT or IIT by the contractor. Certificate from IIT/NIT in their letter head needs to be in conjunction with codal provns and submitted by the contractor before execution of the work. Design criteria: The structure shall be designed in accordance with relevent IS Provns/NBC code/ extant govt guidelines suitable for Thoise, however, some of design criteria are listed as under: (a) Seismic Co-efficient:As per Seismic Zone IV. (b) Snow load :As per IS codal provn applicable at Thoise. (c) Wind load :Equivalent to wind speed of min 55 mtrs/sec or as per relevent IS applicable at Thoise . (d) Roof slope: as per design requrement. (e) Design load: As per IS 875/Relevent IS provn. (f). Design of foundation as vetted by the auth as mentioned above.

(g) SBC of nearby area is roughly 15Ton/sqm at a depth of 1.5m . However, Contractor shall untertake actual SBC of site and shall be approved by GE in case the SBC is less than 15Ton/Sqm the foundation design shall be accordingly modified and shall be got approved from GE . The quoted rate is deemed to be included. (h) The FFL should be 450mm above the GL and subsequent filling and PCC work must be included in the quoted rates by the contractor. (B) Foundation shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Exavation for foundation/PB, removal/refilling of soil, PCC Work in fdn, Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item.

(C) Column : shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (D) Beam (Plinth Beam, Lintel Beam & Room Beam) & Roof Slab : shall be designed by the tenderer and quoted rate is deemed to include the same (Design Cost). All the items i.e. Reinforcement/RCC work, formwork are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (E) Wall: Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (For thickness of wall ref arch drg). (F) Rendering : (a) External Rendering 15 mm thick (in two layer of 10 mm and 5 mm) on precast concrete block masonry/Concrete surface in cm 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. NOTE: WPC should be added as per manufacturing instruction or 3% of weight of cement.

(b) Internal Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of precast concrete block masonry surface in cm 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (c) Rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of roof slab, soffits of slab surfaces in cm 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra coment complete all as specified and are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (G) Flooring/Wall Tiling-: (i) SNCO Transit Accn Bldg ( Living Rooms) : 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough over Hardcore 100 mm thk : (Broken stone boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface over rammed earth filling under floor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (ii)Varandah : Non Skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, over and including15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 in floors etc. set and joint free in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over sub base : 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough over Hardcore 100 mm thk :

(Broken stone boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface over rammed earth filling under floor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (iii) Toilet (Floor & Wall tile): (a) Non skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, over and including15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over sub base : 75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even & rough over Hardcore 100 mm thk : (Broken stone boulders) of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface over rammed earth filling under floor are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (b) Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300X 200 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick upto height 2.10mtr set over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(H) Roof Treatment: APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including 20 mm thick plaster in 1:4 incl WPC as per manufacturing instruction complete all as specified are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (J) Plinth Protection : 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 over 75mm thk stone hard core (broken boulder) n exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for this item. (K) Chajjas: RCC chajjas to be provided as per details in arch and structural drg are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (L) Joinery - (Doors & Window as shown in drg) (i) Frame : Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, (ii) Door shutters : 35mm 2nd class hardwood plain, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face incl all fitting assy.

(b) Sheet glass 4.0 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (M) Finish (Internal & External) : (a) External Wall : Preparation of new surfaces of walls/concrete and applying two coats of Exterior weather coat complete all as specified and directe by engr in charge are deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. (b) Internal Wall : Preparation of new surfaces of walls/concrete and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified as specified and directe by engr in charge areare deemed to be incl in the quoted rate for this item. SITE CLEARNACE Rough Excavation in Hard and Dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting all as directed by Engr in charge

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtr above the starting point

INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY-: Supply & Fixing , 25 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded Polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specifed and directed.
