Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade,brand and manufacture on new surface with two or more coats including appropriate priming coatpreparation of surface, etc complete.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete.

Providing and fitting of Electrical points (16 Amp sockets - 10 Nos / 6Amp sockets - 4 Nos /100 W LED flood light 20 No along with switch and other allied fixtures. The job shall include providing and laying/fitting of PVC conduits, clamps, Wire of suitable size, Modular switch with Plates modules, MCB's, junction boxes, isolators and all other allied fittings of suitable capacity /grade.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. The Job includes Providing and Fixing of chequered plate 3mm thick over the drain all complete. The Job also includes making main holes over the drain whereever necessary.
