Provn of relocatable modular Aanganwadi prefab Porta cabin of Size ;- 7mtr-Length x 6mtr- Width x 3mtr-Height comprising of dismantable components as under-mentioned. a) Frame - Refer drawing b) Walls, floor and roof section each comprising of 50mm thick PUF(Polyurethane Foam Puf) panel (boxed f density min. 40 ka/cum (+/- 2%) c) The porta cabin should be capable assembling within 10-15Days per cabin on recipt of materials at site. Similarly the disassembling to be possible 5-10Days per cabin . d)The cabin in knock down condition should be able to be lifted and mounted on truck for transportation. Lift of cabin in knockdown condition to be able to sustain atleast 6 lifts. e)The porta cabin madeup of modular structure (details shown as per drawing attached at vide drawing No.('A') with Puf panel made of prefabricated composite sandwitch panel using profile sheet 0.50mm thick(tct) on both side and filled with 50mm thick PUF with minimum density 40 Kg/cum (+/-2%) for insulation. PUF pannel will be fixed in porta cabin with U Channel of size 52X40mm placed in roof and floor. Provn of hole of 150mm x 150mm will be made for placement of exhaust fan with lauvers inlet & kitchen area.
