Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide & n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc in hard and dence soil & getting out for laying of cable, poles etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineerr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches as in cushioning to under ground cable spreading, levelling and punning complete all as specified and directed.Note- Punned down thickness will be measured for payment purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV type I flat size 250x150x40mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Steel tubular swaged street light poles complete with pole arms 1.2 m & cast iron base plate ,finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer on exposed surface of pole all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. ( NOTE- Excavation & PCC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete including necessary form work.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid block ,exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete for coping of pole including necessary from work and fair finish to the exposed surface area without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 with using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling mass concrete including necessary form work.

Unbinding from insulators ACSR conductor any size of LT/HT over head line for repairs, restretching of ACSR conductor to achieve proper sag and rewinding to the insulators using aluminium/ GI wire all as required at site or directed. Note:- Distance between two poles irrespective of distance and four no of lengths of conductor shall be considered as a single span.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Shackle Type polymer insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers insulator bolts, washers and nuts of height 100 mm, max dia 115 mm,section of straps 31x5 mm,dia of bolts 14 mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pin insulator polymer white, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of loop Polymer insulator white small size with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm for stay complete all as specified and/or dirercted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of disc type poymar insulator 145 mm heigh and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, sink disc assemble with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and/or directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of stay assembly complete of any size and type from exisiting site all as directed by Engr -in- Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out worn out jumpers / connectors of LT/HT over head line / DO fuse unit in substations of any size or any length after removing binding wire / connector and replacement with the new ACSR weasel conductor jumpers including PVC sleeve in colour coding R/Y/B of same size and length approx 1.5mtr including new binding wire/ connectors suitable for AB switch/DO fuse unit, including provision of conducting jelly all as specified & directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for Painting to exposed surfaces of LT Steel tubular pole with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of complete pole and up to 1 mtr height from ground level with 3 strip of yellow colour synthetic enamel paint and two strip of black synthetic paint including preparation of old painted surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Material and labour for rubbing the background and Using stensils reflected Stiker of letter height not more than 50mm Stiker having green background and white colour writing to indicate the street/security pole number all as complete all as specified in Engineer in Charge.

Repair of pole copping for LT Pole Plain cement concrete M-15 nominal mix, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of pole including necessary form work , complete all as specified.

Supply and lay XLPE insulalted, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 10 Sqmm 4.0 core lalid in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles including taing down old unserviceable cable and cable covers complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and lay XLPE insulalted, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 24 Sqmm 4.0 core lalid in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles including taing down old unserviceable cable and cable covers complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and lay XLPE insulalted, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 50 Sqmm 3.5 core lalid in trenches or passing through pipes, ducts or fixed to walls/poles including taing down old unserviceable cable and cable covers complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
