Replacement of existing Submerged Packed Bed Reactor (SPBR) Air Blower of Capacity: 600 CFM, Pressure: 7.4 PSIG for 4700 mm wg and coupled drive motor of suitable capacity (miminum 40 HP) including standard accessories confirming to Technical Specifications and modification of interconnecting air pipe line, installation on existing CC bed, earth connection, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Replacement of existing Equalization Tank (EQT) Air Blower of Capacity: 385 CFM, Pressure: 7.1 PSIG for 3600 mm wg and coupled drive motor of suitable capacity (miminum 25 HP) including standard accessories confirming to Technical Specifications and modification of interconnecting air pipe line, installation on existing CC bed, earth connection, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Replacement of existing Aerobic Digester (AD) Air Blower of Capacity:191 CFM, Pressure: 7.1 PSIG for 4150 mm wg and coupled drive motor of suitable capacity (miminum 12.5 HP) including standard accessories confirming to Technical Specifications and modification of interconnecting air pipe line, installation on existing CC bed, earth connection, testing, commissioning etc., complete as required.

Supply of Heavy duty exhaust fan of 18", 1400 RPM, 240V, 50Hz Single phase confirming to Technical Specifications etc., complete as required.

Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit, and earthing with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. Upto 450 mm sweep.

Making of wall cut-out for exhaust fan up to 50 cm dia making good, cement finishing matching the surface, emulsion painting including disposal of malba complete etc as required.

Dismantling of open well type submersible pump from existing Sump at cowl bazar pump room along with delivery pipe line, PCC column clearing malba including transport, loading, unloading and handover in dismantle store at Old WTP etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of fabricated M.S. cable tray of size 300mm width using L-channel 50X50X5mm,Flat channel 25X5mm suspended on brick work column including painting, Conduit clamp holes confirming to technical specification etc., complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40mm size medium class FRLS PVC conduit along with accessories in existing MS cable tray, using U-bolt clamps or surface/reccess including cutting the wall/floor and making good the same in case of recessed conduit etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Upto 35 sq.mm

Supply and erection of Fabricated Structural steel work column of approved design (using frame with minimum 5 mm thick MS-Channel and MS-Angle) with welded sections, truss, frame work of vertical height upto 3.5 mtr, frame width of 0.4 Mtr including hoisting, fixing in position, Anchor Fastener in welded base plates, painting with approved steel primer and two coat enamal paint for erection of 100 mm dia GI water pipe line which should be safe enough to handle vibrations of 15 HP pump water discharge pipeline etc complete as required.
