Providing and fixing High Back Chair of make Godrej (Model- Ace Knitted Fabric Office Chair,) Featherlight (Model- Librate) , Wipro and HermanMiller (Model-Posh Express 2) in all colour and shades : The overall size of Chair shall be : Width 660mm , Depth 660mm & Height 1250 to 1350 mm. Seat Size shall be : width 490mm, Actual depth 520mm, Effective depth 430mm and height 475mm to 575mm. Width of the back shall be 425mm at bottom & Lumbar level 440mm & min 480mm at shoulder level. Back height shall be 570mm as measured from seat level. The chair shall be supplied with high quality Mesh at the back. Back outer shall be injection moulded with Nylon GF30% material. Seat should be made up of foam pre moulded at 55 kg/m3 density & hardness of 25+ 3kgf at 50% deflection conforming to IS 3400. The chair shall be supplied with Dynaflex Two Piece Back Construction with IS20D Mesh upholstered. Thickness of seat foam shall be 55 mm. Seat shall be upholstered with micro fabric 100% polyester 180 GSM having abrasion > 50000 cycles fire rated fabric confirming to BS EN 1021. Plywood used shall be 12mm thick 9 ply hot pressed. The Chair should be provided with Synchro tilt Mechanism allowing 360 degree revolving movement along with height adjustability & tilt tension. The mechanism shall allow seat to back recline ratio of 2:5. The Gas Lift used shall be class 4 tested as per ANSI BIFMA standards. Height adjustable Arms to be provide operated through button made of Delrin P 500. Arm pad material shall be polyurethane with 2mm metal insert. Nylon Base having PCD of 660mm five pronged base made up of PA6, 30% glass filled reinforced with bottom ribbing to be provided. 50mm dia twin castors with PA6 material to be provided. The worktop shall be made of 36 mm thick MDF board with 0.4 mm Membrane top surface with duly finish. Modesty Panel shall be made up of 18mm thick 600mm ht. prelaminated modesty panel should be considered. It shall be provided with machine pressed 2mm thick imported PVC lipping glued with hot melt Eva glue free from any VOC. The under structure shall be made of 25mm thick prelaminated board with 2mm pvc edge band all the visible side. Dimension:-3600Lx625Dx 755ht Sofa inner frame structure is made from the combination of treated solid wood (Neem / Pine wood) and plywood, also webbing belts are used to have good strength, rigidity & stable construction to offer best durability. The polyurethane (PU) foam used in Seat & back rest are of 40 density and 32 density respectively Seat to backrest angle is ergonomically designed to offer the best seating comfort Seat height is normally between 17 to 18 inches and depth is 20-22 inches. Sofa is elevated from ground by about 3 inches using metal powder coated legs, which creates provision for easy cleaning at the same time offers floating look. The fabric used for upholstery is 450 gsm, has abrasion resistance more than 50K rubs, colour fastness to light better than 5, colour fastness to rubbing 4-5, high quality polyester fabric to offer the best feel & comfort. Fabric Sofa sizes shall be customised based on requirement and drawing.
