Dismantling the existing damaged cement mortar flooring and disposing the scrap materials away from the site including cost of lead, lift, transportation, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying as per specification including cost all materials, lead, lift, cost of binding wire, etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:3 mix using II class chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift,curing, etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using II class chamber burnt brick of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

P.C.C 1:4:8 mix using 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for flooring/foundation including cost of all material, lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete. (but excluding cost of shuttering charges).

P.C.C. 1:3:6 mix using 20mm HBG machine crushed metal without form work for flooring/walls including cost of all material, lead, lift, labour, curing etc., complete. (excluding cost of shuttering charges).

Providing shutter for sides of R.C.C/plane surface, including strutting using M.S sheets and supported by casurina props complying with standard specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBS metal (machine crushed) for roof slab, beam, sunshade concrete including cost of all maerials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement (By using mixer machine and vibrator).

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick for inside and outside walls including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of double leaf door using half weld mesh 25x25mmx10Gauge and half MS sheet door of required size with 35x35x5mm ISA for outer frame and 25x25x5mm ISA angle for shutter frame and braced with 25x5mm flat as per speccification including cost of all materials, necessary fittings, aldrop, tower bolt, handle, lead, lift, labour, transportation etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of ventilator using weld mesh Grill 75mmx25mmx10Gauge and using 35x35x5mm ISA for frames as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, transportation etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position four part weld-mesh 25x25mmx10Gauge and MS sheet covered grill window of required size with 35x35x5mm ISA for outer frame and 25x25x5mm ISA angle for shutter frame and braced with 20x5mm flat as per specification including cost of all materials, fabrication charges, transporting charges, transporting charges, lead,lift etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position double leaf door with MS sheet covered with required size of 35x35x5mm ISA angle for shutter frame, 25x4mm thick flat bracing as per specification including cost of all materials, necessary fittings, aldrop, tower bolt, handle, lead, lift, transportation, etc., complete.

Paving the approved quality pre-polished concrete anti skid tiles of 20mm thick over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3, 20mm thick and pointing with same coloured cement including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
