12 mm Cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete 2 mm thick

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distermper , having VOC (Volatile Organic Component) content less than 50 grams/ liter, of approved brand and manufacture, inclduing applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour Two coats

Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats )

Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @0.90 mtr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75Liter/10 Sqm of approved brand and manufacturer

Painting with oil type wood presevative of approved brand and manufacture on new work (Two or more coats)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete 50 mm thick with 20 nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grate inclduing curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (! Cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )
