Repairs and servicing the manually operated Rolling shutter of size 1.80 x 2.44m and replacing the Existing worn out spares like M.S tension spring, small lathe, empty pully and double ball bearing, locking arrangements and also servising the gear box and shutter for smootheing function and pull operation etc., including cost of replacing materials labour charges etc complete complying with standard specification.

Clean removal of Cement plaster from walls and racking out joints 20mm deep, clearing away and depositing the debris in the low lying areas inside the campus as directed by the Engineer-incharge.

Removing the existing manuallly operated Rolling shutter as per the instructions of the Engineer-Incharge etc.., the rate is iniclusive of labour charges for removing the rolling shutters etc.., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Suplying and fixing ( under lintel grove ) cold rolled Rolling Shutters of approved quality of 18 guage 7.5cm wide cold rolled lathe section in one piece inter locked together with specially desinged pipe shaft with adquate number of high tensile steel wire springs of approved quality complete with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking arrangements with push and pull operations and pulling back handle with all accessories in best workmanship and clear opening of 1.8m width, 2.60m height. The rolling shutter shall be provided with one pair of approved quality of ball bearing complete. Rolling shutter should confirm to I.S. 6248-1979 and should be got approved by the Construction Engineer before fixing. ( This specification consists of the following component materials required for erection of rolling shutter. 1) 18G 3" lathe section 1.90m long -- 29 nos. 2) 10G guide channel 2.6m long - 2 Nos. 3) 13G bottom plate for 1.80m long with angle. 4) M.S. Pipe 40mm dia 'C' class - 2m long. 5) 10SWG side plate 13"x12" - 2 Nos. 6) 2 SWG spring 3" bore 7) 'U' Clamp. 8) Ball bearing suitable for 2 1/2" pipe 9) 18 SWG clip suitable for 4" lathe 10) 20 SWG M.S. Sheet. etc.., complete. The old Rolling shutter materials should be taken over by the contractor on buy back policy.

Replacing the existing damaged GI weldmesh with new of size 7.50 x 2.50cm of 10 gauge for Fixed Swing Ventilators and Air Inlet Widows to avoid the entry of Brids, the weld mesh should be fixed withTeak wood reepers of size 50mm x 25mm for required length alround the FSV and the Rate is inclusive cost of materials and all labour charges for removing the Existing warnout wiremeshes etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and subsoils and to full depth as may be directed except hard tock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth with initial lead and lift and clearing and leveling the site etc.(Ordinary soil in HGS SS.20.B) (Narrow excavation)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. Brick work in following Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality of Second Class Ground Moulded Chamber Burnt Bricks 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" / Fly Ash Bricks of size 230mm x 110mm x 70mm including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

For Foundation & Basement

Superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying assembling fabricating and errecting the grill Gate of Size 8.00m x 2.00m using with GI rectangular pipe for outer frame of size 50mmx50mm and inner portion of gate fitted with square rod grill of size 16mm dia and also using with MS sheet of 18 gauge for required size for Aesthetic apperance the design of gate got approved from the departmental Engineers before use on work including one coat of red oxide primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Supplying, assembling fabricating and errecting the build up purlin for Extension of Eaves on Gable wall side of godown using with 100x50x3mm MS Rectangular Channel and 100x50mm MS rectangular channel for closing the end of Purlin etc.Complete Complying with Standard Specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 13-15cm dia casuarinas post of 4m over all length (3m length + 0.5m projection + 0.5m into the ground) the distance between two rows being 1.5m and the spacing of the post being 2.0m in both rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5m.overlap on either side and braces at 2.0m center to center including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to step and providing platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc., complete complying with standard specification. (upto 8.00m height)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume profile sheets (Make- TATA/JSW) with the depth of 30 mm and pitch of corrugation 200 mm (Colour and shape of profile as approved by the Engineer-in-charge), 0.47 mm(TCT) total coated thickness( tolerance as per relevant IS code), material yield strength 550 MPa, galvalume AZ-150 GSM (both side inclusive) with regular modified polyester paint and coating of 20-25 micron RMP on exposed surface including primer and 7-10 micron epoxy coating on unexposed surface including primer. The sheet should be supplied in single length as shown in drawing or as desired by Engineer in charge and shall be fixed using stainless steel Hex cap headed self drilling/ tapping stainless steel screws M6, 65 mm long with 3 mm thick EPDM seal and Stainless steel stitching screw of size 19X2.5 mm excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. All screw should be sealed with silicon sealant. (The contractor should take over the AC sheets on buy back policy).

Supplying and fixing corrugated Poly Carbonate Sheet of size 3.00m x1.06m of 6mm thick on the roof in-between the colour coated Galvolume sheets for proper lighting with necessary screws and EPDM rubber washers etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed and specified by the departmental officers including cost of loading, unloading and transportation charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing anchorage arrangements to the ridge sheet using M.S Flat of Size 40mm x 6mm including cost of Materials like MS Flat, self threaded screws with bushes and labour charges for cutting, drilling and fitting etc., complete complying with Standard Specifications.

Supplying and fixing in position 100 x 50 x 7.5 mm @ 9.4 kg. channel for the face of RAT GUARD EDGING slab with MS bolts 16mm dia 45 cm long at 2m centres forming protection to the loading platform finishing in fllush with the slab.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour with synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat after thorough scrapping in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Painting old wood work with two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour including thorough scrapping and preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer.

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 160mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting New iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Engineer-incharge before use on works.)

Providing expansion joint at 5mtr intervels across the platform by cutting 6mm wide and full depth of concrete by contractos own mechanical means and filling the gap with polysulphide sealent and adding admixtures recron 3s for crackfree construction at the rate of 125 gms pack per 50 kg of cement with all lead, lift and other incidental works etc complete and as directed by Engineeer-incharge.

Supplying assembling and Errection of Cantilever Trusses with Purlin for Rain Shelter arrangements for opening Rolling Shutters in Godown. The Cantilever Trusses making with Mild Steel Hollow square Tube Section of Size 50x50x2.50mm for bottom and Rafter members and cross members tie up with 25x25x2.50mm size of MS Square tube sections also the Two trusses tie up with 4 Nos of Purlins to a Length of 5.10m and size of 100x50x2.50mm Rectangular Section, the Purlins to be fixed with required MS Cleat Angle, the roof shelter to be covered with Galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with required curved at the end of sheet and the rate inclusive of Cost of Materials like MS pipes, Angle, and Galvalume Roofing Sheet and required bolt and Nutts also including necessary masonry work to errected the cantilever trusses the trusses and Purlins to be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer etc. Complete Complying with Standard Specification. ( The trusses and Roofing sheets should be got approved from the depatmental Engineer incharge before use on Work.). The AC sheet and old truss material should be taken over by contractor on buy back policy.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam with specified thickness and as per standard specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

(The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Engineer-incharge before use on works)

Painting two coats of plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of solar reflective ceramic tiles of (cooling tiles) size 305mm x 305mm x 7mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes of 160mm dia having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating.
