Repairing/Servicing for arresting of air leakage from pneumatic mechanism system and overhauling of 245 KV SF-6 ABB make type ELF SL 4-1 circuit breaker at 220 KV S/S Meetai for the following bay-
200 MVA, 220/132 KV T/F-II (BHEL make)
Work consist of :-
All 3 poles pneumatic chambers.
Overhauling of driving mechanism along with replacement of overhauling kit of ‘O’ ring gaskit and ‘K’ Slot rings.
Overhauling of magnetic valve along with replacement of gaskit/ ‘K’ slot rings.
Overhauling of control block assembly, holding latch assembly, trip latch, anti pumping pin assembly along with replacement of gaskit/ ‘K’ slot rings.
Fill air upto specified value and check for air leakage.
Checking and tightening of all connection in the marshlling box.
Satisfactorily close/trip operation of the breaker both by local and remote.
Measurement of tripping & closing time of all three poles of C.B. by time measurement kit.
