M&L for Forming 25 mm wide expension joint fill with compresibble synthetic filler board for complete depth as per site requirement,provision of closed cell polyethylene backup sheet 12 mm thick fillled with polyurethane sealent (Min depth of sealent above polyethylene sheet shall be of 15 mm) complying with BS 5212,BS4254,and EN 41875-2003 ( for hydrolysis/water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF+ 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and applying masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed. Note (a) The make of filler board shall be of brand "DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme industires Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-before after. (b) The syntheitic filler board shall be premoulded compressible black in colour having minimum density of 100 (+) 10% Kg/Sqm , water abosrption less than 0.09 Kg/ Sqm and compression recovery of 93% (c) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand " DURA ROAD" manufactured by M/S Supreme industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-before after (d) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22 Kg /Cum and compression strength of 0.40 kg/ Sqm 25% greater than the joint Width,, of white colour (e) Primer to be used before filling sealant (f) Edge shall be levelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete (g) The exposed vertical faces of slab shall be applied with one coat of white wash.

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 100 amps, . Note for Item No- 10.18 1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. 2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. 3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks. 4) Cost of all civil work for brick / P.C.C. pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. The height of pedestal should be adjusted in such a way that the height of upper level of door should be 1.50 mtr above GL. 5) The dimention of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. 6)The thickness of SS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.15 mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm 7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. 8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.
