Dismantling of timber scantling as in fillet, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc. under 40 sqcm in section in any position as in unframed work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber scantling over 40 sqcm in section in any position as in framed work complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking of shutter from the frame) exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each including making good the disturbed portion of wall etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Any cutting and pinning, making good to walls & finishings shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Description all as per BOQ item No. 15.00 here-in-above but chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain Cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, fillings and mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Plain cement concrete (Cast-in-situ) 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Any formwork required in this work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Precast cement concrete, 1:2:4 (type B-1) (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Any formwork required in this work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L Precast cement concrete, 1:3:6 (type C-1) (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) block mansonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1, (Nominal mix) (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Formwork & reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces as in wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The water proofing compound shall measured & paid seperately.
