Part I: Provision of 02 nos High mast Light Supply, Lay, Testing and commissioning LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Lay, Testing and commissioning LT UG cable XLPE insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable, 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 10 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock for cable, pole etc complete all as specified and directed.(Total quantity:45.90(Part I)+ 64.80(Part II)=110.70cum

Returning, filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.(Total quantity: 30.91(Part I)+ 43.96(Part II)=74.87cum

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, Type 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm thick, concrete grade M-20 minimum, complete all as specified and directed.(Total quantity:1020(Part I)+ 1600(Part II)=2620 Nos

Supply and lay GI pipe 50 mm dia light grade as cable protection laid on trench/floor, fixed on pole/wall complete all as specified and directed.(Total quantity:30.00(Part I)+ 10.00(Part II)=40.00 RM

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of 12.5 Mtr motorised High mast shaft in two sections made from H.T steel of grade BSEN10025,S355JO , internally and externally hot dip galvanised with average 70 microns, designed for 180 KM/Hr wind speed, comprising of raising and lowering system, 6mm dia steel wire rope, head frame , luminaires carriage suitable to install 6 Nos luminaires in symmetrical arrangement , trailing cable , connector, integral power tool motor, potted driver with ROHS compliance 06 Nos 150 watts LED flood light , power factor >0.95, each LED made of individual peanut lenses and 4mm thick toughened glass for uniform distribution all as specified( including foundation bolts & nuts etc as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.(Work shall be executed through OEM) Note :- (i) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with M-30 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/Sqm. At 2x2 mtr. Depth with all materials and labour charges. (ii) Erection of 12.5 m high mast with all accessories with the help of suitable equipments or with the help of modern engineering practices. (iii) Supply and erection of LED aviation obstruction light luminair (Make -Bajaj cart Part NO 110731 or similar make as mentioned in particular specification). (iv) Supplying and fixing double door MS feeder piller box with near the high mast tower. (v) Providing the following component (switching accessories), inside the fidder piller including internal wiring all. Complete for automatic, timely OFF/ON for operating of (6 to 8 Nos) 180 LED light fitting :- (a) 63A 4 pole MCB isolater 1 No. (b) 240 V contractor - 1 No. (c) Day dial timer (GIC)-1 No. (d) By pass switch - 1 No. (e) Outlet Terminal - 2 Nos (incoming and outgoing cables including necessary PCC of suitale size for complete. (f) Starter for motor operation (Forward and Reverse direction)- 1 No (vi) Supply of LED flood light fixture (CG/Model - LSFO-150-CLD/60 or similar make as mentioned in particular specification. (vii) An adequate door opeining shall be provided at the base of the mast. The opening is such that it permits clear access to equipments like winch, cable, wire rope, plug & socket etc and also facilities easy removal of the winch for servicing. The door opening is complete with a close fitting vandal resistant allen key locking with provision for external lock. The door opening is carefully designed and reinforced with adequate steel section so that the mast section at the base is unaffected, and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented under heavy wind condition. (viii) Mast structure is designed to sustain an assumed maximum reaction arising from wind speed as per IS 875 (Part 3) 1987 (three seconds) which is measured at a height of 10 mtrs above ground level.

Material and labour for earthing using GI earth strip of size 32mm x 6mm complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level connection to and including earth strip pf size 32mmx6mm to the extend 7.5 mtr as earth lead by means of Gi bolts, nuts and washers eetc with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part I including water arrangement with Gi pipe 20mm dia , earth lead protection pipe 40mm dia with bends, elbow etc from earth plate to test point , excavation and earth work in soft / disintegerated rock, returning, filling in,ramming and removing of surplus stock to distance not exc 50 mtr , making good to match with existing surface and making PCC pit ( earth chamber) having internal sixe 30cmx30cmx30cm and outer size 60cmx60cmx60cm with reinforced cover 50mm thick and testing on complete all as specified and directed.

Part II: Led street lights fittings in lieu of old hdsv street light fittings Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard dense soil for taking up/relaying LT UG cable/ pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement LED street light luminaire 70W with new generation energy saving and environment friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover havint TOP OPENING seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV built in surge protection device complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Bajaj cat Part No BRLEP 72W LED or similar make as mentioned in particular specification).

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm ,3 core, 1100 Volts grade including PVC conduit of suitable size for protection of service connection on pole from bracket to junction box not less than 4.0 mtr length and taking down old existing cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & Testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sq. mm, 3 Core and taking down old existing cable of any size including taking out old LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of junction box dia 270 x 225 X 135 mm fixed on pole including MCB 6Amps SP with clamp, nut & bolt and dismantling of old rusted FRP junction boxes with accessories i.e clamps,nuts,bolts and connections etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of timer switches 250 V single Phase of 20 Amp rating with contactor fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&Tcat part No AUTS03ANA00 or similar make as mentioned in particular specification

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SPN 40 Amp 6 KA breaking capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for painting of steel tubular electric poles 9.0 mtr long with with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces approved colour and quality including marking and painting with black & yellow colours strips with synthetic enamelled paint on intervals of 150 mm apart upto a height of 1.5 mtr from the coping level and marking of Pole Number with letter like " MES LT No " including taking down old street light fittings including GI pipes, bracket arms with poles fixing attachments complete all as specified and directed.
