COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER ALLIED SERVICES AT 510 ABW, EAGLE OFFRS MESS OF 510 ABW, HQ BWG AND OTHER ADJACENT AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT

Attending complaints related to Plumbing/Water Supply and obtaining completion from user including minor repair of taps by replacement of washers, tightening of taps, tightening of check nuts, PVC connection and making water supply functional in case of blockage redressing of GI pipe joints if any leakage is found, repair of un-functional PVC flushing cistern, repair/replacement of face complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down 15 mm dia bib cock of any pattern or of any type and re-fixing the same after minor repairs such as replacement of washers etc or refixing old serviceable bib cocks/ stop cocks any pattern (any major parts such as jumpers brass/ spindles/ caps etc to be replace accordingly)

Petty repair to high or low level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve leaking of PVC connection, PVC bend including replacing of rubber washer check nuts plunger etc any type of flush carrying out minor repairs such as stopping of leakage etc and refixing the same complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to Carpenter Work , including repair and easing of wooden & aluminium doors re-fixing or retightening of doors, windows, resecuring of door/window wire guage etc including nails, screws etc required to make good the work, complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints related to mason work such as repair to existing damaged plaster/ floor/ plinth protection/ jointing of damage brick/stone work in minor patches not exc 2.00 Sqm each including matching the surface with existing finish with necessary material like cement, sand, lime aggregate, brick stone etc complete all as specified and directed.

Re securing glass of any description in existing metal frames /wooden frame with putty/beads including removing loose/decayed putty/beads, painting/oiling one coat on rebates, grooves, re puttying and painting/oiling puttied surfaces to match existing work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair bib cock PTMT standard 15 mm dia with capastan head , complete male or female as reqd and as directed by Engineer In charge.

Supply and fixing in repair bib tap long body brass chromium plated 15 mm dia with capastan head, screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair TWO WAY bib cock brass chromium plated 15 mm dia with capastan head, screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair CP stop cock/angle cock 15 mm dia fancy type, screwed down high pressure complete all as specified and directed.
