Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters. Cement concrete1:8:16 with stone aggregate40 mm Nominl size in foundation and plinth.(HSR.10.28).

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in slabs with inclination not exceeding 25 degree with horizontal ,excluding steel reinforcement, but including centring and shuttering ,laid in position , complete in all respects.(HSR.10.82+10.95 a)

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm Nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thinkness (straight and curved) beams, girders,stairs, columns,(square olr rectangular ) battens and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering , laid in position ,complete in all respects(HSR.10.86+10.95,a)

Cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footing, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc. excluding steel reinforcement and including centring and shuttering ,laid in position ,complete in all respects (For work upto 1.5 metres below ground level).(HSR 10.90+10.95,a)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level (HSR.11.7)

(b) In 2nd storey

Screed of 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping.(HSR.14.4)

Laying and fixing vitrified/ceramic anti skid tiles of any size of approved make in floor laid in any pattern as specified over a base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles. (Tiles shall be supplied by the Department). (HSR 14.93)

12 mm cement plaster 1:6 on walls (HSR 15.7)

10 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 under side of ceiling (HSR 15.52)

Preparation of plastered or concrete surfaces for painting, including sand papering the surface, applying one coat of linseed oil and filling with approved quality filler, consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing surface to the required finish, complete (HSR 16.24) L.R

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces. (HSR 16.25) L.R

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. ( HSR 16.79) L.R

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make confirming to IS; 733 and IS; 1285fixed with rawplugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately). (HSR 17.95)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door windows, ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with pvc/neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). (HSR.17.98) (b) With float glass panes of 5.0mm thickness.

Fe-500 EQR TMT steel bars for R.C.C works, where Not included in the complete rate of R.C.C. including bending, binding and placing in position complete. (HSR 18.22)
