SCHEDULE 'A' PART -I (B&R) Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 50m and not exceeding 250mtr depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 100cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all al specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out sand and saw dust along with soil from drain and existing butt and staging height not exceeding 1.50 m from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling sand and saw dust received from item no 11 reusing the fine product after screening and spreading the same over the 'BUTTS' upto to a depth of 90 cm to required slope or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward direction upto a distance of 15 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates includes for mixing and spreading of Sand and saw dust in proportion 1:1 and laid in slopes or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward direction and necessary consolidation / compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling soil obtained from item no 11 spreading the same over the 'BUTTS' upto required slope or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward direction upto a distance of 15 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates includes for spreading and levelling in slopes or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward direction and necessary consolidation / compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for river sand and saw dust (fine wood particle) mixed in volumetric proportion 1:1 including laying and spreading upto a maximum depth of 90 cm on slope or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward direction upto a distance of 15 mtrs complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rates includes for mixing and spreading of Sand and saw dust in proportion 1:1 and laid in slopes or an inclined angle of 40 degree upward including screening of material direction and necessary consolidation/ compaction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix boarding 40 mm thick 2nd class hard wood of any section any position fixed with nails including dismantling existing boarding complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of scantlings of section 40 sqcm and over in section in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood clean sawn scantling fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with creosote complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel Flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces under 10cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25cm thick for well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (E&M) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation for poles, stay, laying cables etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all specified and as directed.

Removing the excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Spreading riddled soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc. as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is then gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness shall be considered for payment.

Material and labour for laying well burnt bricks ‘B’ class as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cutting existing road/PCC/Drain for laying of GI or any type of pipe including necessary earth work, excavation exc 600mm depth but not exc 1mtr depth, 800 mm wide including making good existing surface with 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The tenderer shall take into consideration for following points while quoting rate for this item and the unit rate is deemed to be inclusive for :- (i) Earth work and excavation in any type of soil (ii) Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Removing excavated material out side MD land. (iv) Laying of any type/any bore of pipe in trenches including taking down existing unserviceable pipe. Supply of pipe shall be measured and paid separately (v) 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in road to make good existing disturbed surfaces.

Material and labour for laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated, armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules, connecting, testing and commissioning the size 16 Sqmm 4 Core, including taking down complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for laying LT UG cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated , armored, heavy duty with aluminium conductor laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles or passing through pipes with and including, cable gland lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules including connecting, testing and commissioning for the size 10 Sqmm 4 Core, including taking down complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for sub main wiring from flood/spot light to junction box with two single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm in and including steel conduit and its accessories with fixing arrangements on pole surface, wall, ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement of PVC cable loop box, size not less than 200 mm x 140 mm x 95 mm, out door type, duly fitted on bottom of RCC/ steel poles with suitable clamp, nuts, bolts & washers complete to accommodate and including one No of 6 Amps single pole MCB, & suitable aluminium busbar of 3 phase porcelain insulated connectors for incoming and outgoing connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of High power LED flood light fitting 210 watt 5000 K, IP>65, IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing, inbuilt energy efficient surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of spot light fitting 50 watt 5000 K, IP>66, IK>07 grey powder coated die cast aluminium housing, inbuilt energy efficient surge protected electronic driver, with all connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix beacon light with IP 66, rotating red/orange/blue colour, operating on AC 220V, 50Hz, single phase, with mounting bracket made up of using angle iron including welding, cutting, grinding, making holes and mount with copper base plate using Galvanised screws/nuts/bolts etc as per site requirement including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement MCB DB SPN 12 way, horizontal, double door, 240 V, AC, 50 Hz, for MCB DP as incomer and SP MCBs as out going.IP- 43 protection, universal mounting with copper busbar, neutral link, earth link, earthing shuds complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement MCB single pole 240 volts 5 to 30 Amps, 10 KA rupturing capacity, 'B' series all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in Replacement MCB single pole and neutral 240 volts 40 Amps, 10 KA rupturing capacity, 'C' series complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, installing, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT cubical panel board, Out door type, fabricated out of 3.00 mm thick MS sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, including the following mentioned fittings complete all as specified and as directed comprising the following:- Note: 1) The Contractor shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval of GE 2) Rates deemed to be included for suitable foundation, cable termination lugs and glands

Supply and fix 40mm dia GI tubing light grade fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing for equipments / machineries with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including using copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm (up or 7.5 mtr length) and GI pipe 40 mm light grade for protection of copper strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron and connected to earth test point/Poles as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-1-2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including excavation and earth work any in type of strata available at site, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth chamber, precast RCC slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (xpm) weight not less the (4kg/sqm) funnel with GI watering pipe of 20mm bore medium grade, wire nuts and lugs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
