Demolition of brick work/stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all Quoins , archeas, pillars etc but exccluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per sl item No. 2, but except bricks.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified directed.

Ditto all as per sl item No. 4, but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 20mm, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embadded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (for similar holes) each not exc 0.50Cum getting out in hard/dense soil including removal surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good but excluding RFR complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.00mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standards rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with & provn of galvanized mild steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast fencing posts, stuts etc area exc 100 & not exc 250Sqcm including form work etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.17 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups and binders. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing size or type all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh size and type of standard rails complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel lewis bolt screwed one end with hexagonal or square nuts & washers the other end enlarged & jagged or lewised not exc 15cm long dia of neck 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of New or previously untreated steel surface of any description n exc 10cm girth or width, not otherwise describedand applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating with necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces including prepration of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in gate etc of angle or other section with gusset plates, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks & hinges for steel hanging door fitings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic designer tiles in vertical surface 350x250mmx7mm/450X350X7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and incl. 10mm backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F RCC Jalli preast 30mm thick (measured solid) 1:2:4, Type B0 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs, paving stones and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick Rubber moulded with grey cement and pigment, over and including 15mm thick screed in CM (1:6), set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete interlocking tiles 60mm thick Rubber moulded with strength 30N/sqmm as in floor/pavement laid on and incl. 30mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels/bands/coping including form work over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Formwork and Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide for roughed finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and evenly applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted steel/iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 50mm width retro reflective strip/tape, with blue, white, red or any other colour directed by Engr-in-charge on existing delinators/boards complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair retro reflective sheet, blue, white, red, green or any other colour directed by Engr-in-charge on existing boards complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm aggreates) set in CM (1:4) as in cover slabs (for manhole etc) & simillar articles with plain faces complete (Reinforcement will be measured and paid separatly) complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.67,672.50/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
