Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) (Making up loss of material/ Iregularities on shoulder( Average 150mm filling )to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Manual Means (II) WBM Grading 2

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sb-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) Grading III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)
