M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc .18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including Screed Bed 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incluidng rubbing and polishing complete including screed bed 20mm thick in cement motar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 350X250X7mm/450X350X7/300x200x7/600x450x7mmmm thick in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L granite 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and like in CM (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 including dismantling of stone slabs all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall/ceiling board of any thickness including cover fillets etc all as directed

Material and labour for suspended false ceiling using anodized aluminum snap grid frame work. Including Hanger 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete. Perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and acoustic purposes, 60 x 60 cm size, fixed on snap grid 12mm thick confirming to IS 2095, 2995 Part I fixed with 25mm dry wall screws @ 230 mm C/C with screw driver to match surface attachment. Finally board have to be joined and finished to have a flush look using jointing compound/tape as per manufacturer instruction. With Designing as per direction in two steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Plaster of paris decorative cornices/ moulding to the pattern as approved by Engineer in Charge of cross sectional dimension exc 13 Sqmm and n.exc 25 Sqcm and fixed in decorative pattern including preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer matching with the colour of ceiling all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone / block masonry built in CM.

M&L for precast solid cement concrete block masonry exc 10cm in width built with solid blocks Grade C1 (1:3:6 mix) 20mm graded aggregate and set in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.
