ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR 16 NOS LIFT AT GOTHIC LINE AND 01 NO LIFT AT HOLIDAY HOME UNDER GE (S) JAIPUR

The Contractor shall provide fully comprehensive annual maintenance from any one of the OEMs or authorized service dealer of OEMs intended to provide service and the OEM shall fulfill the ‘QR criteria’ attached as Appendix ‘B’’ with tender document for this purpose:-

Fully comprehensive annual maintenance each lift of 10 and 15 passengers. Lift Make:- SCHINDLER 3300 Nos of Lifts -16 Nos at Bldg No. 299, 300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 305 & 306

Fully comprehensive annual maintenance lift of 08 passengers. Lift Make:- Kone elevator India Pvt Ltd (40184140) Nos of Lift - 01 Nos at Holiday Home

NOTES FOR ITEM NOS 1.01 TO 1.02:- (a) It is mandatory requirement that contractor shall submit the documents fulfilling the QR criteria of OEM as per annexure ‘A’ attached immediately after placing the work order for obtaining approval of GE. GE shall ensure that all the requirements of QR criteria shall be fulfilled by OEM prior to approval. No misunderstanding shall be entertained (b) After approval of OEM by GE, Contractor shall submit the MOU between the contractor and OEM (c) The scope of works includes the following and rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in this provision. (i) Periodic maintenance as per OEM (2 Major visits + 4 Inspections) confirming IS14665, 14671, 15785:2007 shall be done during contract period. (ii) Rate quoted shall be included of all the spares required to be provided/replaced for maintenance. (iii) Contractor shall be available on call from (9 am to 9 pm) and shall be attended and required spares shall be replaced free of cost. (iv) Repairs or replacement of all parts which have become unusual through wear & tear (e.g VF drive unit, Automatic rescue device, car and landing door shoe liners, contacts, switches, door operator motor, drive belts, coupler unit, door safety sensors, emergency alarm unit, door drive unit, car and landing call registration buttons and all electronic PCBs Gearbox, motor, over speed governor, door drive, safety gear, suspension ropes, traction sheaves, drive wheels and travelling cables) also be provided and deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Oil change at regular intervals in the Drive units and proper disposal of the old oil. (vi) Replacement of damaged or fault emergency lamps in the car during the regular inspection/ preventive maintenance.
