The bidders bidding for this project, bidder should have executed and completed similar projects in any Government office/Semi-Government Office/ Semi-Government Banks/PSUs in last 3 years. At least 50% of CCTV based Work done certificate to be enclosed.
The bidders bidding for this project, bidder should have a single work order is extent of Rs.upto 50% of the tender value to be enclosed. Proof of the same must be submitted.
The Bidder shall submit the Certificate from the Banker(As per the format given in next page, section XV) that the bidder has liquid financial resources (Line of credit(LOC) to the extent of Rs 6.30 lakh rupees, conditional LOC shall be considered for rejection of the bid).
The Bidder should be a Firm / Company registered in Karnataka as evidenced by a certificate of Registration / Incorporation and should be in the related business as detailed in the Scope of Work.
Bidder should have GST Tax / Income Tax Registrations /PAN copy. All relevant attached documents duly attested as evidenced by the certificate issued by the relevant authorities
The bidders bidding for this project should be an OEM / OEM authorized business partner of required product. The bidder shall submit the proof of OEM / OEM authorization document issued by the manufacturer/concern authourity.
The bidder shall provide maintenance support for the project after post implementation and AMC support for a period of required years after expiry of the warranty period of one year. Acceptance letter must be submitted.
The Bidder should have registered local office / branch office within 25km range, for prompt & quick post installation support & services. GST certificate/rental agreement/building ownership documents shall be submitted to prove the same for local/branch office. The idders/Agencies/contractors is to give complete address, telephone number with technical personnel available with them for this work. The documents same shall be submitted. OR bidder shall submit the Affidavit on 100 Rs E-bond declaring as follows If the bid is awarded then the bidder shall open local office within dharwad district and will submit the valid documents related to office address, agreement to supply Smart Interactive Boards & CCTV goods & to provide Smart Interactive Boards & CCTV Service in time
The firm/agency should not have been terminated due to deficiency of Service in the last five years. The bidder should not have been disqualified/debarred/blacklisted by any Government office/Semi-Government office/PSU/Bank for any default for such services in the past an Affidavit on 100 Rs E-bond declaring as follows should be given We have not been disqualified/debarred/blacklisted by any Government office/Semi-Government Office/PSUs/Banks for any default for such services in the last five years
If the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise as per latest definitions under MSME rules, the bidder shall be exempted from the requirement of Bidder Turnover criteria and Experience Criteria subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications. In case any bidder is seeking exemption from Turnover / Experience Criteria, the supporting documents to prove his eligibility for exemption must be uploaded for evaluation. Or If the bidder is a Startup the bidder shall be exempted from the requirement of Bidder Turnover criteria and Experience Criteria subject to their meeting of quality and technical specifications. In case any bidder is seeking exemption from Turnover / Experience Criteria, the supporting documents to prove his eligibility for exemption must be uploaded for evaluation
The Bidder should have to submit documentary evidence of last 3 years Income tax return copies and shall submit the same.
The Tenderer will have to submit documentary evidences confirming that they have average annual turnover of Rs.21 Lakhs, during the last three financial years from business of CCTV & related equipments (For financial year Last 3 year) duly audited or certified by the charted accountant with UDIN number
