Repairing, servicing and making serviceable LT electric panel ( Feeder Piller Box ) any type complete including dressing/proper connection around the LT panel area, control wiring/ tightening loose connections, and including replacement of defective minor items such as nuts,lugs,bolts and washers and rectiying minor defects for its continuity etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old paint by removers scrubbing from LT electric panel ( Feeder Piller Box ) any type complete including angle iron legs etc for painting and M &L for spray painting with one coat of superior quality synthetic paint with approved colours on exposed surface of panel complete and writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 20 cm high and drawing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets etc. with synthetic enamel paint [ Location etc.] complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation , Commissiong and Testing in replacement of feeder pillar box, Kisok outdoor type , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick outer cell and 2 mm thick inner cell MS Sheet CRCA Sheet on angle iron 50X50X6mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with front and rear opening doors,fully compartment wise with form 4 (b) separation,having seven tank treatment process with thickness not less than 60 microns with paint shade RAL 7035 provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof, handle type locking arrangement powder coated internally and externally shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of following : Incoming : (a) Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip 800 A bus bars PVC insulated & PVC sheathed with colour coding. Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and diredcted for floor / path / foundation repair work etc or as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil N. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 Meter deep and getting out including any type of soil forming bottom surface for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified.

Supplying and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches /filling in ducts at Sub Stations complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying bricks old size sub class ‘B’ laid flat for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes including insertion/ laying of 50 mm bore HDPE pipe double wall corrugated of 6 kg/cm2 below/under existing road surfaces / floors at a level not less than 0.60 mtr etc with using mechanical / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of equipment ,hdpe pipe, tools and plant material (horizontal boring rig machine) required for boring shall be arranged by contractor at no extra cost to the Govt.

S & F of double wall corrugated pipe 50 mm dia with all fitting laid in bore holes/trenches/drian/culvert or fixed along with pole/wall including 02 Nos FI clamps of 25x3 mm including nut, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the old U/S underground LT XLPE cable any size from 10 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100V grade cross sectional area 185 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

(Note : Span shall be considered upto 45 metres between electric poles.)

Releasing tension of existing OH line, of ACSR/copper conductor or GI earth wire of any size/type on existing OH line and restretching properly and fixing on existing insulators on OH cross arms of poles including disconnection service connection street light fitting etc and reconnecting the same after restretching complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Each conductor will be measured seperately).

M&L/fix in repair for fabrication work for guarding, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, stringing in replacement of aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including binding wire for binding to aluminum conductor properly on insulators at least 50mm on existing/ new pole over head lines, jumpring, connection and jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement on pole factory made, dust proof, vermin proof , out door type Polycarbonate boxs of size 280X170X130 mm incl MCB SPN 6 Amps,connector type, insulator,GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc with and including FI clamp made out of 30 mmx 3 mm , nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100 amps outdoor type conical shape , 4 way, 415 volts busbar chamber, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 volts, on wall /pole/panel with proper lugs having 4 Nos of aluminium bus bars fixed on wall /floor on angle iron leg of size 45 mm x 45mm x 5 mm of length 500 mm including grouting and cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 200 amps outdoor type conical shape, 4 way, 415 volts busbar chamber, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 volts, on wall /pole/panel with proper lugs having 4 Nos of aluminium bus bars fixed on wall /floor on angle iron leg of size 45 mm x 45mm x 5 mm of length 500 mm including grouting and cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 315 amps outdoor type conical shape , 4 way, 415 volts busbar chamber, 4 pole, 50 Hz, 415 volts, on wall /pole/panel with proper lugs having 4 Nos of aluminium bus bars fixed on wall /floor on angle iron leg of size 45 mm x 45mm x 5 mm of length 500 mm including grouting and cable connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of IOT based Centralised control monitoring system (CCMS) panel for street lights with three phase input and three phase output with individual load control,control monitoring,fault detection and management via CCMS web Dashboard with IP 65 panel enclosure .Note-(i) 3 year 4G sim card subscription and CCMS Web software & cloud server subscription are deemed to be included in the above quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of MCCB four pole ,415 volt magnetic adjustable type ,320 amps with breaking capacity 25KA with thermal magnetic release on full load and over current adjustable type including suitable CRCA enclosure fixed on wall /floor on angle iron leg of size 45 mm x 45mm x 5 mm of length 500 mm including grouting and cable connection by means of suitable lugs and thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in LT underground cable 1100 volt with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) All T&P and other acceseries required for checking and finding of fault in cable shall be provided by theContractor (ii) Charges/rent of the fault locating mobile machine, operator, engineer, electricians etc shall be deemed to included rate quoted by Contractor (iii) Checking and finding fault upto 03 places of same route of the cable will be considered as one Job.
