Taking up or down 15 mm bore of pipe steel tubing and connections, including for refixing or removal etc complete all as directed.

M & L for external rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layers 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC / liquid as per manufacturers instruction over 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE :- WPC will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item)

Removing of tree plants including roots by dismantling of brick work / PCC / RCC including necessary scaffolding,any type,any location /height ( i.e roof, parapet walls near pipes etc.) and applying conc Acid after removing roots for preventing the regrowthing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 Type B-O and plaster in CM 1:3 (size of disturbed portion 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the spalled concrete covers, exposed reinforced corroded bars with water and applying two coats of ZINC RICH anti corrosive coat on bars and then replaster the same with cement mortar 1:4 of average thickness of 40mm, all around with WPC on ceilings & soffits of stair case waist slab, beams of concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement with necessary bonding agent complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for Second class hard wood in scantlings, clean sawn, fixed to existing chowkats or to walls, etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Continuous (piano) hinges, brass width of flap 30mm bright finish or electrogalvanised, complete all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART (E/M) PORTION :- Taking down carefully un serviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing and caping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls / floors ceiling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable MCBs, DBs, Main switches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable submain wiring of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Ceiling Fan, of any Sweep and Make after disconnecting Electric Connection, dismantling of Blades, Down Rod and removing Ceiling Fan to store in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging Only ceiling fan as dismantled under item No. 04 above and connecting up includingPainting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust and . provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down Exhaust fan , of any Sweep and Make after disconnecting Electric Connection, dismantling of Blades, Keeping in safe custody or deposited to MES Store complete all as specified and as directed.

Hanging Only Exhaust Fan as dismantled under item No. 06 above and connecting up includingPainting of Exhaust fans complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust and . provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, single core cable FRLS with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to be consealed in wall & surface of the roof etc., including modular type terminal boxes made out of Galvanised sheet of thickness should be not lessthan 0.9mm thick for fixing of modular switches, modular fan regulators, modular socket outlet etc along-with suitable modular plate for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of Indoor type, wall mounted (with bolts and nuts) meter cabinet of size 1.70 mtr (H) x 1.70 mtr (W) x 0.20 mtr (D) and made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other doors shall be opeque. All door sholud have neaprene rubber gasket and locking arrangements. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint (shade : RAL 7032 SIEMENS GREY).
