Removing dry or oil bound distemper, Water proofing Cement paint by Scrapping and Sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand & manufacturer over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even & smooth in patches.

Wall painting with plasting emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give even shade (one or more coat) of required shade.

Renewing Glass panes with putty & nails wherever necessary including taking out putty of damaged glass panes & fixing of new float glass of required thickness 5mm & density (not less than 12.50 Kg/Sqm) of required shade.

Renewing Glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary with float glass of required thickness 4mm & density (not less than 10.00 Kg/Sqm) of required shade.

Refixing of existing Stain less Steel railling wherever required with all fittings including labour complete.

Labour engaged for cleaning of Tile/Granite flooring with Liquid Detergent/hard stain Acid cleaner including Mopping of floor complete:- a) Labour
