Filling in depression formed in the area during exercise of rocketing and gunnery and levelling the surfaces to match with the adjoining surface all as specified and as directed Note :- (1)The soil shall not be digged from outside MD land and the soil spread from adjoining area to be collected (from high level area), filled and levelled as directed, Crusher dust shall also be provided to fill the depression of bombings wherever found necessary to make the surface even, no extra payment will be given for thus brought crusher dust, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge (ii) The stones/pebbles poped out during the bombing shall be collected and to be filled in deep pits formed during the bombing, durig the filling of the same. (iii) Service shall be provided as and when required basis from 5.00 Am to 10 Pm. (iv) Filling shall be inspect by the target clearance team the quantity shall be verified prior to filling. (v) In case of contractor not complete the work with in time period as per direction of Engr-in-charge a penalty at the rate of Rs. 10000/- per day and recovery for the same shall be effected from contractor's dues. A separate register shall be maintained in the office Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Mode of measurement will be plan area of the depression formed (Item No a,b)

Supply and laying bamboos / ballies 6.5 m in length, dia not less than 8 cms at one end and not less than 6cm at other end complete all as specfied and as directed..

Supply only Sand filling in floor or paving laid in layer not exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammmed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only empty polypropylene bags white in colour of 50 kg (1.25 cft) capacity, which is generally used for storing cement as per sample approved by GE . (i)The bags as per approved samples by GE supplied by the contractor shall be deposited first in store yard of AGE B&R-II GE (North) as per the demand in three phases of the total contract period as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and same shall be issued by the department to the contractor/his authorized ref as per required at site. A register shall be maintained by concerned JE in the office of Engineer-in-Charge for the stores / materials supplied by the contractor to the department and then issued by the department to the contractor on reqd basis with marking paint. The register shall be kept in the custody of concerned office. (i) Contractor shall provide bags with in time as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge. In case of failure by the contractor, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 5000/- per day and and recovery for the same shall be effected from contractor's dues. A separate register shall be maintained in the office Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of crushed stone sand for filling in empty polypropylene bags any place of firing range/target required size and shape as per direction of Engr-In-Cahrge

Filling crushed stones in empty polypropylene bags and placed in circle wise position of required size and shape including stitching of polypropylene bag, for shifting of bags complete all asspecified and directed. Note (i) Service shall be provided as and when required basis from 5.00 Am to 10 Pm. (ii) Except crush sand, Paid labour charge in each bags.

Dismantling carefully the existing LT overhead line ACSR conductor of any size from its position by necessary disconnecting of conductor and removing complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of unserviceable insulator of any type complete from its position and removing all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of unserviceable existing cross arms made from channels, angles and unserviceable FI clamps, nuts, bolts etc from OH line and removing complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of existing LT poles carefully of any size and type from its position carefully and removing from the site and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, demolition of concrete, disconnecting of conductor etc all as specified and as directed .

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in Electrical Plate No 1 of SSR 2009 (Part I) using stay rod 20mm dia, including clamps made out of 50 x 6mm MS flat, MS galvansied stay plate 300mmx 300mm x 6mm and galvanised thimble including insulator 90x140mm all as specified and as directed. (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (ii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers etc welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one inishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade

M&L for replacement of shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps, washers,insulator bolts, washers and nuts, 100mm height and 115mm dia including two nos of galvanised steel strap of size 31x5mm fitted with 14mm dia bolts and nuts all as per directed.

Labour for restringing of LT over head line consisting of 4/5/6 conductors retrive from ser item No-25 by dismantling taking down, unserviceable, damged ACSR conductor, repairing wherever required including cutting, re-joining and restringing in, with proper sag, binding to insulator with and including aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Only good and serviceable conductors are used, unserviceable conductors will be credited to contractor under schedule of credit. (ii) Rate of Transporting of conductor from one site to another site is included this rate.

Supply, fixing and stringing ACSR conductor (Weasel/ Ferret) for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (a)jumper on cutout point/2 pole structer/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeve. (b) Rate is inclusive of jumpers materials & tree branch cutting to make a safe distance from over head line.)

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation ,etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, main holes etc.n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out on soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm of any soil.
