M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed as specified for thin bituminous (VG-30) carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed depth of pot holes not exc. 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc on the site of the work when specially ordered, including emoving screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both sides of screen measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with granite coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread rolled using power roller exc 8 tones and n.exc 12 tones capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but except materials

M&L preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over the cleaned surfaces applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous (VG-30) primer at 10 Kgs/10 sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc over the black top surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous (VG-30) primer at 05 Kgs/10 sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40mm consolidated thicknes with 5.5% binder content (using paving bitumen any penetration) (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface and dirt, seals oil, grese and foregin materials etc and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (Rectro reflective) of white colour or yellow using hot thermoplastic material by fully / semi authomatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispencer propan tank heater and profile shoe heater drive by operator on road surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road studs two way reflective type of size 100x100x25mm made up of ABS materials of approved colours fixed on bituminous/concrete surface of approved maked of GE, complete as as specified and directed. Make : 3M/Mr Illumination/3M/Aktion/Dark eye.

S&F Delineator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe 75mm dia and 4 ft long with five bands of reflective tape HIP grade. Three red (1"x6") and two white (2"x6") with jali and one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint, incl embeded in concrete (1:3:6) Type C1 size of pit 300 x 300 x 450 mm depth all as specified and directed.

S& F Solar stud 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with dual shank of 65 mm made unbreakable poly carbonate shell and toughened aluminum alloy Solar powered by high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel, having one high capacity NI-Cd rechargeable battery. It has six super bright LED's for high brightness which can view nearly 1000m distance. It is brightness sensitive auto switch automatically turns on at night and turns off at dawn. Drilled the road carefully and insert epoxy in the drilled hole for fixing of Solar stud 125x125x25 mm with dual shank of 65 mm including removal of surplus excavated material and making good surface omplete all as specified and directed. The Solar stud 125x125x25 mm with dual shank of 65 mm shall be fabricated according to IRC : 35.

S & F double legged informatory board sign of size 0.9m x 1.20 m double side fixed on frame of stainless steel of round pipe 50 mm dia (304 Grade) . Outer frame all around of stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia (304 Grade) to be provided along the round pipe. The boards are to be made of high intensity unmettalised prismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting 400 micron thick of Make : Avery Dennison /E3M, duly processed on 3 mm thick aluminum composite panel conforming to IS:736 with heat lamp vacuum applicator , etched treatment, hand squeezed roller applicator machine. The letters of any description , size, cutout, logos, formation signs etc shall be of 400 micron thick of any colour to be cut with high pressure computerized cutting plotter or with high quality digital printing with lamination to have longer life and duly fixed on sheet base high intensity grade unmet allied prismatic grade white sheeting.

The aluminum composite panel duly processed as above shall be fixed on to the frame with aluminum snap head rivets in very neat manner. Then pipe of 304 Grade 16 gauge , glossy finish 3 mtr long with 50 mm dia stainless steel MS plate 3 mm thick duly welded at bottom of pipes including 02 Nos decorative bowls of SS 304 Grade to be provided at the top of 50 mm dia SS pipe. Total height of pipe shall be 3.0 m above the ground level and 0.45 m to be embedded and grouted in ground in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including necessary excavation and earth filling, removal of surplus excavated material and making good surface complete all as specified . The sign boards shall be fabricated according to IRC -67-2010 (revised specifications) and as per MORTH specification clause 801.10
