Erection, commissioning & testing of 05 (Five) sets radial gate of size 11500 mm × 9308 mm including horizontal girders, end arms, trunnion assemblies, hoist bridges, rope drum hoists, wirerope assemblies including application of cardium compound, position indicator assemblies, handdrive assemblies, covers, latch arrangements for radial gates & stoplog, trunnion walkways, tie beams with supply of required equipments, labours, consumables, tools & tackles etc. at spillway of Deo irrigation Project as per drawings, scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Erection of 05(Five) sets 2nd. Stage embedded parts for stoplog with supply of required equipments, labours, consumables, tools & tackles etc. at spillway of Deo irrigation Project as per drawings, scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
2nd stage concreting for 2nd. stage embedded parts for radial gate & stoplog, hoist bridge, trunnion girder, trunnion walkway, latch arrangements.
Providing Reinforced Cement Concrete grade M-25 for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface dust and any other deleterious materials as per approved design, drawing and specification with all leads, lifts, delifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid and smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days of curing, supply of all tools and plants, machinery, labour charges, cost and carriage of water for mixing and curring concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / eqiupments, construction/ erection and removal of gang way, staging, scaffolding incidental charges complete at spillway of Deo irrigation Project as per drawings, scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting after surface preparation for radial gates & their components, hoisting arrangements, rope attachments, trunnion walkways, latch arrangements etc
Painting of 5(Five) sets of radial gate including horizontal girders, end arms, trunnion girders, tie beams, trunnion assemblies etc. after surface preparation by blast cleaning process, performed with sand as per requirements and class 'A' of IS : 14177:1994. After blast cleaning, the surface should be cleaned from loose dust and debris preferably by air blast with help of blower. Over the prepared surfaces two coats of zinc rich primer should be applied to give a total dry film thickness of 70 ± 5 microns followed by two coats of solvent less coal tar epoxy paint applied at an interval of 24 hours. Each coat should give a minimum dry film thickness of 150±5 microns. The total dry film thickness of all the coats including primer coating should not less than 350 ±5 microns at spillway of Deo irrigation Project as per IS: 14177:1994, drawings, scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting of 05(Five) sets hoist bridge & ropedrum hoist, position indicator assembly, handdrive assembly, cover, trunnion walkway, latch arrangement of gate & stoplog . All surfaces to be painted shall thereafter be cleaned by sand grit blasting to bare metal without any residual adherents in any form.The average surfaces roughness after sand blasting should not exceed 40 microns. Sand blasting should be conducted with sand/grit/shot of type approved as per the requirements of class B as specified in para 4.2.1.2 of IS:14177:1994. After blast cleaning,the surface should be cleaned of loose dust and debris etc. with the help of air blast or blower. Over the prepared surface two coats of zinc phosphate primer giving minimum dry film thickness of 40 ± 5 microns per coat followed by one coat of alkyl based Micaceous Iron Oxide paint giving minimum dry film thickness of 65 ± 5 microns and two coats Aluminium paint conforming to IS:2932 giving minimum dry film thickness of 25 ± 5 microns per coat(For structural components, machinery, unmachined surfaces, machined surfaces) are to be applied with an interval of 24 hours between each coat of dry film thickness of all coats including primer coats not less than 175 microns complete at spillway of Deo irrigation Project as per IS: 14177:1994, drawings, scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.
