Supply,installation testing commissioning of air conditioning VARIABLE REFRIGERANT FLOW SYSTEM (VRF) 28 HP (2 Nos) complete with Outdoor Units with proper rubber pad and vacumizing the pipe with pressure and indoor unit and vacumizing the pipe with installation of site fabricated GSS Ducting with angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts & nuts etc.22 G and 24 G. Duct Acoustic Insulation with 9 mm thick fiber glass of 32 kg density covered with tissue paper and aluminium perforated sheet .Duct Insulation with 9 mm thick .Fixing of Double canvass connection and aluminium Grill. The VRF system shall be having the following design parametrs. (a) For Out door Unit :- (i) Multi unit connectivity (i.e., One outdoor with Multiple Indoor) (ii) multiple Twin Rotary inverter compressor (iii) vibration isolators (iv) microprocessor based control panel (v) starter with starting arrangements (vi) thermostats (vii) TOP discharge Condenser fans Suitable for Operating at a 42 Deg C or higher ambient, Suitable to deliver the same cooling even at 42 Deg C without degradation in Capacity. (viii) Units are Suppled with Condenser Coil,

Outdoor Units (condensing Units) of capacity 28 HP -TOP DISCHARGE with Hot & Cold Technology, with minimum 4 Nos. of compressors for the better reliability of the system. Special pre-coated fins, panel, corrosion resistant coated condenser, condenser fan , electrical & microprocessor panel, isolating valves and all the necessary accessories for proper functioning of the units complete all as specified and directed.

Indoor units for VRF based complete with Drain pump and all accessories, Vibration isolators & supports with pipe with pressure testing and commissioning of the system with following capacity from sel No - 1.03 to 1.09 complete all as specified and directed at site.

Copper refrigerant piping complete with insulation and Proper piping supports (Clamping with Rubber Gasket) and fabricated GSS Ducting with angles frames, supports, cleat joints, gaskets, bolts& nuts etc.22 G and 24 G. Duct Acoustic Insulation with 9 mm thick fiber glass of 32 kg density covered with tissue paper and aluminium perforated sheet .Duct Insulation with 9 mm thick .Fixing of Doubble canvass connection.Aluminium Grill complete. The Air Distribution network shall be with following accessories and specifications.

Note for Air Distribution network - (i) Provide as per requirement of GI ducting shall be 22 G (0.80 mm) and 24 G (0.63 mm) rectangular type , GI Plenums with 9 mm thick Accoustic Insulation Supply and Fitting of GI 22G, Lead free air-tight plenums fabricated out of prime quolity LFQ sheets with 120 GSM galvanizing. Complete with necessary supports, expansion fasteners, etc. Rates should be inclusive of acoustic lining of entire plenume using 25mm thick resin bounded fiberglass wool having 48 Kg/CuMt density, fixed with GI fastners and covered with RP tissue paper & perforated Aluminium sheet.(ii) Supply and Fitting of GI Lead free air-tight square duct fabricated as Per IS-655 out of prime quolity LFQ sheets with 120 GSM galvanizing. Complete with MS Angle supports & flenged, threaded support for level adjustment, expansion fasteners, etc comlete as per requirement.

(iv) Provide as per requirement of Thermal Insulation 9 mm thick Of Ducts with Closed Cell Elestomeric Sheet Insulation (class "O") of density 50kg/cu.meter for duct. covered with glass cloth and paint for UV & mechanical protection make -Armaflex/Aeroflex/Paramount /Superlon (v) Provide as per requirement of Duct Acoustic Linning for Duct with 12 mm thick resin bounded fiberglass wool with BLACK Glass woven cloth factory laminated at either side in rigid board, having 48 KG/CuMt density,covered with RP tissue paper & perforated Aluminium sheet, fixed with GI nut-bolts & washer and covered with GI cross.

(vi) Provide as per requirement of the Round / Ovel shaped Ducting 22G (0.80 mm) GI with Accoustic Insulation 22 Gauge exposed GI ducting without collar, Including necessary supports. Installation & supporting details of round ducts, SA collars & grille-fixing details shall be as approved by Architect. Sample of duct to be prepared for Architect's approval immediately on placement of order. Rates should be inclusive of acoustic lining of entire duct using 25mm thick resin bounded fiberglass woolwith BLACK Glass woven cloth factory laminated at either side in rigid board, having 48 KG/CuMt density,covered with RP tissue paper & perforated Aluminium sheet comlete as per requirement.

(vii) Provide as per requirement of ALUMINIUM POWDER COATED GRILLS/ VCD Supply and Fitting of Powder coated Alluminium SA/RA Grilles / Diffusers as per the shade & finish shall be approved by the Archtect, SA grilles shall be with adjustable vertical & horizontal deflection louvers where required. Rear louvers of black colour comlete as per requirement make - Carryaire / Cosmos / Dynacraft / Radical

(viii) Provide the condensate drain piping 40 mm dia of complete with "U" trap, fittings and elbows from the indoor unit point to the nearest drain point comlete as per requirement.

(ix) Provide the filter Drier for suction line with Ball valve for additional safety of the unit complete all as directed and specified

Supply and Installation of indoor separation tubes off sizes per requiremet for fully function of entire VRF system Indoor Units of here -in- before items no 1.04 to 1.10 complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and Installation wired remote for indoor ductable suitable for above cassete Unit of capacity 1.00 TR to 6.00 high static ducted complete all as directed and specified.

Dismantling the old exisitng Duct any type/any size of Air conditioning plant making good the existing false ceiling, surface of wall etc and old material taking to scheduled of credit complete all as directed and specified.

Fabricating LT panel outdoor type, dust and vermin proof totally enclosed, with sloping canopy fabricated out of steel sections, the door opening shall not be less than 150 degree. The construction of panel board shall be dust, vermin proof, IP 54 standard double shutter gears front and rear frame work and 3.15 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with powder coated over two coats of redoxide primer and made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron frame all as specfified suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz 3 phase and nuetral system and shall be completed with 350 amps capacity copper bus bar with bus bar chamber,internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable copper lugs comprising of following accessories.

Supply and fixing sub-main wiring with two single core flame retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor of 4 Sq mm drawing in & including medium grade PVC concealed conduit pipe 20 mm bore ISI marked with all accessories on walls and making good of disturbed surfaces including all conduit fittings, clamps, gutties etc and one additional earth wire of 4.0 Sq mm but green in colour for earth DBs and boxes with proper thimbles thimbles connecting up and taking down old submain wiring complete all as specified and directed,.(Note : Two run of wire and one run of earth wire drown in PVC conduit of 20 mm dia shall be measured as one RM) complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Sheet metal enclosure Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Ampcomplete all as directed and specified

M&L for Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound AXIS ULTRA / AXIFILL type Carbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC: 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side and PVC EARTH PIT 300 X 300 MM WITH PLASTIC LID complete all as specified Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture.(v) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values.(vi) Provide the Exothermic welding joints to entire grid system joints of earthing electrod.(vii) Test certificated to be provide of each electrod complete all as directed and specified.

S&F Earth continiuty conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buired in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to wall up to test point / laying in below ground drown in GI tubing or any other indicated suituation for loop earthing etc, as required for 20x3 mm copper strip with proper saddles / spacer, screw complete all as directed and specified.

M& L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 32 mm long hex. head screw complete all as directed and specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as directed and specified

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil all as directed.Note - Excavation/earth work shall be done by manually manner with the safety of Data/OFC/telephone cable. If any cable damaged during the excavation to be repair same time and cost to be included in qouted rates complete all as directed and specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as directed and specified.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and laying sand river for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before lying of cable and 15 cm after lying of cable (total 23 cm) in trenches complete all as specified & directed.(Note: Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment ) complete all as directed and specified.

Supplying & laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm abetting Each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under cable for protection complete all as directed and specified.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by adopting horizontal boring including supply and inserting of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia not less than 6kg/cm working pressure confirming to IS allas specified and directed. Note: Depth will not be less than 1.00 M below the road pavement and hard standing boring shall be carried out without damaging the road and hard standing complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of TPN Vertical Type Distribution Board, IP-43 protection, fitted with bus bars, neutral links, blanking plates (with out MCCB), 415 volts, 4 way double door type, grouted in wall in cement mortar 1:3 and making good of disturbed surface and matching with existing surface, complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old DBs and take to schedule of credit complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB, 4P, rated current 63 Amp, breaking capacity 16/18 kA thermal magnetic type and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old mccb and take to schedule of credit complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' Curve characteristics, including taking out old unserviceable MCB/Isolator, electrical connections and removal from the site complete all as directed and specified.

M& L for GI tubing medium grade of size 40 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc including taking down of old unseviceable pipe any type and any size complete all as directed and specified.

S&F of GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm dia fixed on walls / laid in trenches as protection pipe for under ground cable including provisioning of specials and clamps etc complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Surface excavation in Hard/dence soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for steel work in tubular pole,truss/rafter/purlins including nut bolt washers, screw complet using ERW or induction but welded tubes conforming to IS 1161,1979 grade St-240 complete all as directed and specified.
