SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD FROM OBSERVATION TOWER TO FIRING BAY NO 22 AT LONG PROOF RANGE OF SQAE (A) AND LPR KHAMARIA

SCHEDULE "A"

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area n. exc 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm deep including removing not exc 100 m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Laying and compacting 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers 50 mm each. Grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013,complete all as specified & directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam / WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for re-moving caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 70 -1.00 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam for consolidated thickness upto 75mm or less with using 19 mm graded (Grading 2) stone aggregate with minimum 4.0% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Premixed bituminous macadam shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying bituminous premix Asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, grade VG-30, using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & laid with sensor paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 Ton power road roller to reqd level gradient, camber and super elevation.complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be prepared in hot mix plant only. (ii) Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete shall be laid with sensor paver only. (iii) Binder content shall be tested at site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes class NP-2 with collar, laid and jointed in CM (1:1) and tested complete of 600mm bore pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 150 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping ,benching,bed block for hold fast etc and the like including weathering slightly rounded/ chamfered angles with & including necessary use and waste of form work for fair faces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed.
