Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, lamp holder, regulator, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings tube light fittings etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Point wiring with two single core 1.5 sqmm (nominal area), FRLSH, ISI marked PVC Insulated unsheathed multistranded copper cable, 1100 volts grade including PVC Casing capping (medium grade) of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC rectangular board of suitable size, andFRLSH, ISI marked PVC insulated unsheathed single core multistranded copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair to three phase temper proof digital electronic meters with polycarbonate cover 230 Volts LCD Display 10-60 Amps, accuracy class-I 50 Hz conforming to IS 13779, IP-54 with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load,PF, voltage and KWH including taking down old unserviceable meters to MES store and including connection and complete all as specified and directed.
