Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Earthwork in excavation over areas by mechanical/manual means in all type of strata upto a depth of 3 meters comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay, gravels, moorum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, all types of laterite rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/ shattered/ decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials as described under appendix to these specifications whether in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling, wedging etc. in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc.blasting prohibited including pumping or bailing out water including segregating the excavated earth/rock and disposal of surplus excavated earth at contractors identified site(at risk and cost of the contractor)for all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer .

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers (excluding rock) not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Providing and fixing Exposed laterite cladding 75mm thick with Patradevi laterite stone on concrete pillars as shown in the drawings, including 12mm cement plaster on concrete surface 1:3 (1cement 3: fine sand), chamfering the edges, filling the joints with matching colour pigments, including polishing the same with non-reactive, antifungal, and water repellant Silane/ Siloxane chemical as approved by the engineer, etc complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level
