Dismantling of old existing Ms gate, MS chequered sheet, Tin Shed of sump, trench sheets and plate cover and other damaged MS work with the help of various tools and tackles and heavy labour work with the satisfaction of labour in charge

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling /self-tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required DSR CIVIL code 12.50 (2021)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. 10.5.1 Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces DSR CIVIL code 10.5.1 (2021)

Dismantling of existing pump, motor from the base frame by cutting of rusted M.S nut bolts and foundation bolts by gas cutter set and electric welding machine, removing all the nut bolt and worm out M.S Base frame from the RCC foundation suction and delivery side by gas cutter set and electric welding set job also includes dismantling the suction & delivery side sluice valve, NRV, taper bend etc. as per side requirement and lifting of pump and motor on safe place. Breaking of RCC foundation by pneumatic power hammer chisel and electric compressor machine etc. the job includes removing the broken material from P/H and disposing the same at suitable place.

Making of RCC foundation of size 1.75 mtr X 1mtr X0.9m by 1:2:4 concrete for M.S. base including providing fixing of 6 nos. foundation bolt of size 20mm X600mm

Fixing of new M.S. base frame of size 1.75 meter x0.75 meter made of M.S. channel heavy duty of size 100 mm x 50 mm complete with Fixing the M.S. base frame on the RCC foundation the job includes proper leveling and alignment. Installation of the pump set as per original position with proper alignment and also making of all electrical connections, fitting all valves, bends etc. in original position and testing / commissioning of the pump set on NO load & full load after commissioning of all connections.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) DSR CIVIL code 16.53 (2021)

All safety measurements as per NHRC guidelines is to be taken to work safely with manual labour/ mechanical excavation Including helmets, gumboots, barrier cone, caution tape, oxygen mask, full body harness, safety jacket, etc.as per site requirement.

Painting the complete as above mentioned structure with the help of all accessories, painting with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint as per site requirement and direction of engineer in charge.

Loading, Unloading, Cartage and Transportation charges for the above up to the site including charges of heavy labour etc.
