REPAIR/MAINT OF WATER SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION NETWORK FOR ZONE-1,ZONE-II AND ZONE-III AT MIL STN LEKHAPANI UNDER GE DINJAN NO.2

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth ; for foundation, etc. or for taking out/laying of CI/GI pipes etc or for shafts,wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cast Iron(CI) /Ductile Iron(DI) water pipe lines 150 mm bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints for recovering lead including stacking and cleaning of serviceable DI pipes aside for re-laying/ re-fixing including removal of unserviceable CI /DI pipes from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying / refixing of old serviceable DI pipe 150 mm bore obtained from serial no 4 here in before with spigot and socket ends in new or old position in any length, relaid in trenches / floor / surface after cleaning of inner surfaces complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying / refixing of old serviceable DI pipe 100 mm bore obtained from serial no 5 here in before with spigot and socket ends in new or old position in any length, relaid in trenches / floor / surface after cleaning of inner surfaces complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying / refixing of old serviceable DI pipe 80 mm bore obtained from serial no 6 here in before with spigot and socket ends in new or old position in any length, relaid in trenches / floor / surface after cleaning of inner surfaces complete including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Ductile Iron Pipe spigot & socketed ends, including rubber gasket etc. (suitable for Tyton joint), centrifugally cast, Class K-7, 150 mm bore in any length, laid in trenches / floor / surface / on brick etc. & leakproof jointing with existing DI pipe line alogwith accessories fittings like flange, rubber gasket, nut, bolts, washers etc. including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
