Cleaning and desilting (soil/mud) of existing drains channel including removing shrubs, vegitation from drain, channel of any size & depth all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of Brick work or stone / boulder masonry and precast block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. incl coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre cast PCC block mosonry Type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L stone masonry random rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls abutments brought upto courses including necessary provn of weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 4 above, but except stone complete all as specified. Note :- Serviceable stone obtained from sl. No. 2 shall be re-used in this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces n.exc 40mm to face of stones and dressing of face, beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Raking out joints / pointing to random rubble masonry built in cement mortar in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and 1.50m depth for foundation, man hole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 11 above, but in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings openings in concrete walls, floor, coping and roofs not exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5 cm but not exc 10cm wide, including fair finish surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC slab other than ground floors and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L reinforced cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab for drain, culverts & manholes etc. as specified and directed .

M & L providing 1:2:4, type B - 1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in precast cement concrete in manhloe cover etc complete all as specified and as directed. bonders (for stone walling) and setting in mortar 1:6 etc. complete as directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

S & F MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110 mm, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints as in weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry all as directed.

M & L boulder pitching handpacked tightly in vertical bunds with sloping face pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.29 above, but except boulder complete all as specified and directed. Note : serviceable boulder obtained from sl item No. 28 shall be used in this item.

Dismanttling stone slab and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the primisses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type coloured any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning all as specified and directed.

M & L for filleting in any position and to any shape in cement mortar 1:4 including mitres, stops, including sectional area not exc. 25 sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc. including dismantling old tiles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified tiles of 400x400mm, 11 to 12 mm thick mat rought finish, breaking strength=1500N, modulas of rupture 38N/mm2, bulk density =2.2 per gm/cc, colour resistance to uv light as in parking tiles etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured including dismantling old unserviceable tiles.

M & L for hardcore of guage exc. 63mm but not exc. 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L bituminous road cutting to a width of 45 cm and depth of 50 cm for laying of sewage pipe, culverts etc and making good with PCC (1:3:6) type C (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) all as specified and directed.
