Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as padding in sunken portion using liquid Water proofing compound @ 0.4 % by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer, whichever is more all as specified and directed. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick/ concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing liquid at the rate of 0.4 % by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer, whichever is more in sunken portion finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
