Supplying, fitting & fixing of ceramic floor tiles in floors of size 300mmX300mm on 25 mm thick bed of CM (1:1) (1cement:1sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Fixing ceramic tiles in dados skirting risers of on 12mm thick CP (jointed) with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of pre-cast tiles.

Manufacturing, supplying, fitting and fixing MS doors & windows & frame made out of 35mmx35mmx6mm size MS angle iron of approved design including cost, conveyance, taxes with all lbour charges required for the work.

Synthetic Enamel Painting two coat of priming with ready mixed zinc chromate yellow primer of approved brand on wood work including labour & material charges.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials, taxes, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Finishing walls with weather paint to wall with approved shade with two coats to give an even shade including cost of paint and cost of all labour with T&P.
