Complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls by scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots with wire brushes and removing existing loose particles etc., and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer and over two coats of internal grade wall care putty ( total thickness not less than 1.50mm in two coats ) finished even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

Screed bed for bedding layer of mortar of 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Double charged fully Vitrified tiles, light shade 10 mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm polished in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of ceiling system with fine figured edge tiles having humidity resistance (RH) of 95&. NRC 0.34 light reflectance approx 84& thermal conductivity K-0.052 – 0.057. W/mk colour white fire performance of class-1 as per BS 476 part 6 & 7 in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm thick suitable for green building application with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong or equivalent silhouette profile exposed grid system with 15mm white flanges incorporating 6 mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhouette, main runners & cross test to have mitred ends & birds mouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions.
