Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding. 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No 3 above but as in skirting/dado etc with 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured/printed glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x6 to 7mm thick, in floors/walls skirting/dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular ) polished area each tiles n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No 6 above but as in skirting/dado etc with 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 to 12mm thick full body vitrified non skid, colour mahroon/ dark shade/ double charged/ ultra charged ceramic tiles (Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exce 0.36 sqm, in floors/wall etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick mortar in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

All as item No 8 above but as in skirting with 10mm backing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-25 mm thick over cement screed base 20mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the slab incl rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-polished granite 20mm thick fixed on platform/shelves floor/dado over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary moulding etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of RCC in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 , type D2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:1 1/2:3 type A-1 (nominal mix) as in footing, foundation, beams, plinth beams,lintel beams base for columns and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending and binding with mild steel (anneal) wire not less than 0.90mm dia complete, all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing liquid compound as per manufacturer instructions, and finished fair and even complete all specified and directed.(WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

Supply only liquid integral water proofing admixture of make pidilite or its equivalent complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick as in sunken floor using liquid integral WPC @ 200 ML/50Kg of cement (WPC shall be measured and paid separately.) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of brush bond liquid compound of make fosroc or its equivalent water proofing coating over plastered surfaces of sunken portion (Fosroc chemical Ltd) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size , straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 23 here-in-above but half brick wall in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of rubbish outside of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces including finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats White wash all as specified and directed
