Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor or paving of any description n.exc. 15cm thickness (Un re-inforced) below or above GL including removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for footpath / hardstanding finished spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-20 Grade, with gery cement and no pigment set and jointed as per manufacturers instructions, laid over and including 50mm thick crushed stone sand cushioning, including dismantlig the existing stone slabs/ tiles of any description or thickness etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of filleting the sides of pavement with plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, finished even and fair.

M&L chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, textured finished of size 250 x 250 x 22 mm/ 300 x 300 x 22 mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors to match with colour of tiles, over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling fencing wire mesh, any type all as specified and directed.

S&F MS galvanised Chain link fencing, heavy zinc coated (Hot Dip) of mesh size100mmX100mm and dia of wire 4mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts hot dip galvanized machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10mm dia meter of neck exc 5cm but n exc 10cm longall as specified and directed.

S&F 8mm dia and over MS deformed bars, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets, nuts & bolts etc for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riviting etc., similar works conforming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embeded in natural ground, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, and getting out in soft/loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of Steel and Iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete in sub base, 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Walling of random rubble, coursed Secunderanad type , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, coursed complete all as specified.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work all as specified & directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces of walls finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparing newly plastered surfaces and apply three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position (Reinforced), removing the spoil outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs (for drains etc.), shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete with joints to match set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of Cost of form work.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, inlcuding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inlcuding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
