Outsourcing of services for running , operation and testing of equipment of 11 KV main receiving stations and other sub stations 12BRD AF Najafgarh with various equipments and controlling switches gear as listed below through out the day (03 shifts of 8 hrs each) with minimum one electrician (skilled) including Sunday and Holiday. Necessary cleaning, grass cutting & maintenance of complete sub station, equipments including surrounding area upto 10 mtrs of out side boundary wall and attending, detecting of any faults with in the 11 KV Main receiving station and other sub stations and rectifying the same on emergency basis as and when required including attending/rectifying day to day electrical complaints married/OTM accn round the clock including supply and replacement of fuse, unserviceable nut, bolt, washer etc and toping of distilled water and electrolyte for batteries and maintaining daily log sheet and other connected documents such earth test register, periodical maintenace register etc of installations, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Out sourcing of services for installations of Booster Pumps, officers mess pump, guard room pump, admin area and logistic section etc submersible pump, mono block pump chlorination plant, sewage well STP and outer logistic area of 12 BRD Najafgarh etc including supply and distribution of water and controlling of connecting valve/accessories by providing minimum 01 Pump Operator (Skilled) round the clock in 03 shift of 08 hrs each (1st shift from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs , 3rd shift 2200 hrs to 6000 including Sunday & Holidays) and repair to normal defects as and when required and maintaining log sheet for running of pumps and duty personnel shall be responsible for complete fill up of the over head reservoir /sump during duty hours including cleaning the Pump House and cutting of grasses surrounding 10 mtrs areas, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Out sourcing of services for AC Plant at EW complex AF Najafgarh by Employing minimum one Skilled operator (Ref Mech) per shift in 02 shifts of 8 hrs (Ist shift from 0600 Hours to 1400 hours and 2nd shift 1400 hours to 2200 hours including Sunday and holidays ) including necessary cleaning, grass cutting & maintenance of complete sub station including regular maintenance such as daily checking, cleaning as mentioned below:- (A) AC PLANTS EW COMPLEX :- (a) AC Plant 3x80TR capacity 2 units will be in operation and one unit will be stand by to be operation in 2 shifts per day (shift of 08 hours) all as required and directed by Engnr-in-Charge. (b) Regular maint such as daily checking cleaning monthly, quarterly half yearly maint including repair with consumable items such as cotton waste, grease, fast moving parts, gland packing etc. The AC plant comprising of compressor, compressor motor condensers, AHU refrigerant piping control pumps, water supply lines, cooling tower, drought type, electrical panels instrument starters strip heaters and provision of wiring all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired inside condition.

Srl Item No. 4.00 (i) Central AC plant 3 x 80 Ton, 2x80 Ton to be run at a time and one unit stand by comprising of the following :- (ii) Mono block pumping set 15 HP = 04 Nos (iii) Mono block pumping set 3 HP = 02 Nos (iv) AHU with 3 phase 415 volt motor 10 HP - 03 Nos (v) Cooling tower with 3 phase 415 volt motor 10 HP - 01 No (vi) 3 phase 415 volt cubical type main electric control panel incoming and outgoing main switch/MCBs with protection devices like starter inter skilling system for compressor pumping set AHU and cooling tower. (B) D G SET (a) Operation and regular maint , periodical checking of DG set 250 KVA-02 Nos installed near to central AC plant installation and all consumable item. (b) Expendable item like grease, cotton, waste nuts & bolts and washer, electrolyte copper, wire in pieces battery terminal coolant for radiator etc to provided by the contractor with out any extra cost (c) DG Set shall be kept ready for operation the event of power failure.

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No 4.00:- (a) All tradesman must in possession of their individual bicycle and rate quoted deemed to be included in quoted rates. (b) All T&P tools i.e. plier, screw driver, ring/DE spanner, test lamp with bulb, Allen Key, Tester, Adjustable wrench, Pipe wrench, Rubber Hand gloves, Safety belt etc shall be provide by the contractor. (c) 02 sets of uniform approved by GE and name plate shall be provided by the contractor. (d) All stationary i.e. printed daily log sheet, attendance register etc shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. Log sheet shall be maintained per shift with proper handing/taking over of installation and no individual will leave the installation without arrival of reliever. (e) Log sheet and attendance register should be put up to JE E/M/ AGE E/M for verification on daily basis. (f) Material required for day to day maintenance of installation complaints shall be provided by department.

(g) Tradesman shall be ITI qualified or 5 year experience in trade will be permitted and contractor must produce all qualification cert/ experience certificates, photos and police verification, uniform mentioned as above before taking over site of all manpower deployed in this contract. (h) The contractor will produce the log sheets duly completed/ filled up of installation in each month. (j) Daily cleaning of installation of inside/ outside area and grass cutting should be carried out by the tradesman of installation and material like dasuti/yellow cloth, broom, axis pic, spade, grass cutter etc shall be provided by the contractor. (k) The contractor shall be responsible for payment of tradesman on date to be fixed by Engr-in-Charge through bank transaction and submit payment statement to Engr-in-Charge in the end of each month. (l) In the event of absence of any trademen penalty shall be imposed at twice the quoted rate as per shift and no payment shall be made for that shift

(m) Contractor will arrange mobile set with authenticated mobile number at each installation and deployed trademan will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours. (n) Contractor/ his authorised rep will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours on their authenticated mobile number. (o)Contractor will produce PPF/EPF number of each deployed tradesman. Contractor will arrange proper insurance for the tradesman and department shall not be held responsible for paying any compensation incase of any fatal accident. Any dispute with tradesman under labour act will be dealt with by the contractor with labour commissioner/ appropriate authority. (p) Staff employed at any installation can be shifted/detailed by the JEs/ Engr-in-charge.
