Plastering with 20mm thickness using rendroc RG equivalent as per manufacturers specification. The mixed micro concrete should be placed continuously as per specification including cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Laying acid proof tiles lining with one coat of Rotex anti corrosive primer followed by laying 12mm thick Rotex acid resistance mastic and laying 230 x 115 x 38 mm bricks with rotex cement S powde and cement K solution 3:1 ratio mortar for joints pointed with CNSL Powder and CNSL syrup in the ratio of 3:1 including cost of all materials, all labour charges, all leads, lift, etc., complete.

Dewatering the neutralising pit No.4 which cannot pumped by the existing pump at the pit and also modified sump at NP. No.4. using electrically driven motor. The cost includes cost of hire charges for electrical motor, hose for suction for operation of single phase motor, installation charges etc., all leads, lift, complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing pressure grouting to the RCC wall for arresting leakage / dampness etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including providing holes in the wall, fixing PVC tap nipple using RENDROC RG material and pressure grouting of cement slurry mixed with admixture of Conbex 100 or equivalent etc., cost of all materials, scaffolding, curing, labour, lead, lift, safety appliances, etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing concrete at the sides and projecting reinforcement to correct position and in alignment enabling for grouting the water leaking portion of the area and the cost includes cost of all labour, all lead and lifts, etc., complete.
