Note for All Items of This BOQ:- (i) Unless / otherwise specified in the BOQ size & material component of Furniture article shall be as shown in relevent Drawing (ii) Quoted Rates for Replacement of component of Furniture article shall be deem to include cast of two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer / two or more coat sprit polishing to match with existing surface as mention in relevant drawing / directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing damaged/unserviceable parts of Chair dinning and supply & fixing of new teak wood parts duly polished in two coats after prepration of surfaces with using bamboo pin and fevicol. Any parsts loose of chair also to be tightened tight by using fevicol and providing 8 nos triangular wooden brackets in repair is must to hardner the frame of the chair. In case, if any part will found damaged while repairing the frame, the responsibility thereoff to repair and make good the damage shall be on the contractors. Rest all as per the Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of foam Cushion for Dressing Stool of size 420x260x50mm thick of 40 density duly upholistered with tapestry cloth of price not less to 200 per Mtr shade, pattern quality and colour as approved, Foam cushion shall be made of father foam /Nidra/ Kurlon /JJ foam. Removing old nylon newar/ damaged old cane plastic from Chair Varandah and material and labour for the following repairs to chair verandah all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [ FD 256]

Retapping with 25mm wide plastic newar white colour 1st quality duly stitched at ends with nylon thread

Removing of old damaged cane plastic and recanning with cane plastic white colour 3.5-4mm wide cane of half round, Make : Marcane/Carcane white colour, maharastra cane

Hard PVC shoe (set of 4) white colour

Painting to the steel frame of the chair with paint white of best quality as per PS

S&F of 12mm thick ply wood (single piece 6 ply min) after removing old damaged / sagged ply. Ply wood shall be fixed with proper worksmen ship.

S&F of PPB board 18 mm thick both side laminated with one side teak shade lamination and one side white lamination of best quality in fabrication for sides, back, bottams, slides, drawers, plateforms, key board desk etc for wooden or steel furniture where ever required of any type i.e. table computer, TV trolley, tepoy varandah bed side table etc including labour and material like fevical, steel scecues full threads only, beading wooden / PVC as required, with full workman ship all as directed by Engr - in - charge at site colour, shade, pattern as approved by Engr - in - Charge.

S&F of telescopic fly rails / channels (stainless steel ) of suaitable size as rquired in different furniture articles for drawers and KB plateform etc suitable for furniture duly working and as approved by Engr - in - Charge. It shall be fixed with Screw full threds with workmanship

S&F of fancy handles stainless steel 4" long for drawer / wooden furniture. Fixing with proper full thread Screw with washier SS.

S&F of fancy knobs stainless steel 2" - 3" dia for drawer / wooden furniture. Fixing with proper full thread Screw with washier as per sample & all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dry cleaning to the chair / sofa seats / revolving chairs / TP chirs of tapestry or leatheritic surface with best quality detergents and liquid agents to clean all its dirt dust and to restore the chair in good condition. Each chair included its seat and back and the dry cleaning shall be done with proper worksmanship. rest all as directed by the engr in charge.

Removing all old damaged tapestery cloth, cotton layer, hession cloth, marking cloth, springs and coir fiber along with foam sheets etc, Supply and fixing the fresh hession cloth, steel springs, marking cloth, cotton layer, foam sheet 40D in shape, coir fiber and fixing up of new 40 D sofa of required shape cushions and covering with approved shade and pattern tapestery / cloth leatheritic as directed. wooden legs shall be fixed propely after necessery repairs to the structure of the sofa. tapestery cloth shall not less then Rs 400/- per Rm. all wooden parts expose to vision shall be polished to its glossy look. Removing all old damaged tapestery cloth along with foam sheets etc, Supply and fixing the fresh foam sheet 32D in shape and covering with approved shade and pattern tapestery / cloth leatheritic as directed. wooden frames shall be fixed propely after necessery repairs and polish to the structure of the chair. steel frame shall be painted with black colour paint after prepration of surfaces. Rate of tapestry cloth / cloth leatheritic shall not less to Rs 350/- per Rm. Pattern shade and material as approved [TP]
