Removing old paint coatings from the concrete / plastered surfaces including ceiling and making them even and free from all kinds of defects such as burrs, undulations, imperfections by all suitable means such as scrapping, grinding, scrubbing, sand papering including repair of dents as per standard procedures etc. to make the surface ready to recieve fresh coat of paints all as per direction of engineer including cost of consumables, labour, tools tackles, scaffolding suitable staging etc, protective gears, house keeping etc.

Supply and application of Cement based wall putty of JK/Birla/Asian Paints as approved on prepared surfaces of walls, ceilings etc. in Single coat after repairing dents, holes, scratches etc. and achieving plane and even surface ready in all respects for receiving fresh paint coats.The scope of item also includes erecting suitable staging, clean protection covering etc.

With the use of Cement based putty of JK/Birla/Asian Paints

Supply and application of primer coat (One coat) on the interior surfaces at all levels and heights as per the specifications and directions of NPCIL engineer. The scope of item also includes erecting suitable staging etc for primer application, clean protection covering etc.

With the use of Asian Truecare Interior wall primer-WT (0360) / Nerolac Premium Primer Water Thinnable / BP cement primer water thinable of Berger

Supply and application of paint (two coats) on prepared and cleaned Interior surfaces of concrete/plastered/masonry (brick/stone) etc. at all levels and heights as per specifications and directions of NPCIL engineer. The scope of item also includes erecting suitable staging etc for painting, spreading suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining, cleaning to sparkle condition all the surrounding surfaces either old stained or freshly stained during putty/primer/paint application such as pelmets, glass panes, floor and floor skirting, kitchen platform and dado, sanitary fittings and fixtures, electrical boards, fittings and fixtures, electric fans, chandiliers etc with the use of suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc.

With the use of approved shades of Asian Tractor Aqualock Distemper (0013) / Nerolac beauty Acrylic Distemper / Bison Acrylic distemper of Berger.

With the use of approved shades of Asian Premium Emulsion (0011) / Nerolac beauty gold / Rangoli total care of Berger.

Supply and application of primer coats (One coat) after preparetion of exterior surface on concrete/plastered/ masonry (brick/stone) and other Exterior Surfaces at all levels and heights (up to G+3 storeyed) as per the specifications and directions of NPCIL engineer. The scope of item also includes preparing the existing surface by complete scrapping of old painting, removing of all kind of burs / loose dust particles, imperfections, undulations of plaster with high pressure air / water jetting, erecting suitable staging & scaffolding for primer application, repair work of cravice / hole / gape by filling with approved brand putty (putty as consumable at the cost of contractor included under the scope of the item) & spreading suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining, either old stained or freshly stained during putty/primer application with the use of suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc.

With the use of Asian True Care Exterior Wall Primer (0065) / Nerolac Exterior Primer / Weather coat exterior primer of Berger.

Supply and application of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (two coats) on prepared and cleaned Exterior surfaces of concrete/plastered/masonry (brick/stone) etc. at all levels and heights (up to G+3 storeyed) by roller finish / sprey gun as per specifications and directions of NPCIL engineer. The scope of item also includes erecting suitable staging & scaffolding for paint application & spreading suitable clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining, either old stained or freshly stained during paint application with the use of suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc.

With the use of approved shades of Asian Apex Dust Proof (0012) / Nerolac Excel / weather coat smooth of Berger.

Supply and application (One coat) of Enamel Paint on interior and exterior surfaces of concrete/plaster/steel/ wooden etc. at all levels and heights (up to G+3 storeyed) after preparing the same in specified manner after grinding, mechanical buffing, scrubbing, scrapping, sand-papering, and crevice/hole/gap filling with suitable putty (putty as consumable at the cost of contractor included under the scope of item).

With the use of approved shades of Asian Apcolite Premium Enamel (0064) / Nerolac Synthetic Enamel / Laxol stain enamel of Berger.

Providing and applying one coat of black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of ASIAN / NEROLAC / Burger on new/old surfaces of soil waste / rain water pipes of all dia and at all heights after thorough preparation of the surfaces with the use of scrubbing, wire brushing, sand papering etc. to give uniform and even shade. The item includes cost of paint materials, consumables, labour, staging, surface preparation and area cleaning after painting etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of NPCIL engineer.

Supplying and application of Aluminum Paint (Single coat) Asian paint 3 Mangoes (0009) / Nerolac / Berger Al.Paint on the thoroughly cleaned and prepared metallic surfaces.

Supply and applying Epoxy paint of make Asian / Nerolac / Berger as approved to give an even shade: - Two coats on interior surface including priming coat with approved cement primer of make Asian true care intirior wall primer (0360) / Nerolac premium primer water thinnable / Berger water thinnable cement primer / BP cement primer water thinnable of Berger as approved after cleaning / scrubbing of the surfaces with wire brushes, soft brushes, sand papers, steel sheet scrappers and mechanical grinder etc. for removing all kind of burrs, imperfections, undulations and other such defects existing in the surface to achieve plain & even surface. The item include spreading of suitable and clean protection covering on all exposed surfaces to protect them from staining. All surfaces surrounding to painted area including window frames & glasses shall be cleaned to sparkling clean condition using suitable thinners, detergents, chemical cleaners etc. under the scope of the item. including the cost of materials, labour etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removal of existing damage Cement Plaster of all types and thickness from all type of houses & repairing the same thickness ranging from 12mm to 20mm in any type of patches of area 2.5 Sqm & under including curing the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing the surface by saturating with water, liberally spreading the cement and plastering the surface of walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand), curing, scaffolding, etc. all complete as per specifications and direction of engineer including disposal of rubbish to the designated dumping ground within a radially measured lead of 1.00 Km. Note :- The damaged plaster measurement prior to repair work shall be witnessed by EIC or his authorised re-presentative before tacking up of repair work.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers of approved brand having sun reflectivity index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats. One coat of self priming of electromestic water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio as per manufacturer’s recommendation) dry film thickness of complete application / system not less than 500 micron. The operation shall be carried out after scrapping of surface with wire brushes, cleaning with high pressure air / water jetting for removing dust / loose particles. Chasing open crack upto 5mm width available at surface & fill with crack filler (crack filler at the cost of contractor included under the scope of item) of same manufacturer as per manufacturers specifications & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying Acrylic based Elastomeric water proofing cum decorative coating of required shade based on UV curing acrylic dispersion having total dry film thickness not less than 100 micron in specified coat as per manufacturer specification on the complete exterior surface at all height by roller, brush or air less spray system. The product should have excellent flexibility, breathing properness wreathing durability & excellent resistance to growth of microbial organism. The scope of item also includes preparing the existing surface by complete scrapping of old painting, removing of all kind of burs / loose dust particles, imperfections, undulations of plaster with high pressure air / water jetting, filling the cracks (crack filler at the cost of contractor included under the scope of item) with the same manufacturer as per manufacturers specifications all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying antiskid floor paint (two coat) on internal / external surfaces as per specification & direction of Engineer Incharge. The scope of item also includes preparing the existing surface by removing of all kinds of burs/loose dust particles, imperfacions with high pressure air/water jetting, repair work of cravice/hole/gapes/minor cracks by filling with approved brand putty (putty as consumable at the cost of contractor included under the scope of item) etc. all complete.

With the use of Apex Floor Guard (code-5443) of Asian paint / Sandtex Matt premium fine textured exterior finish of Snowcem paints/similar quality of Berger paints of required shade as approved.

French sprit polishing two or more coat to achive uniform texture & high gloss on old work after cleaning / scrubbing of surfaces with soft brushes & sand papers including the cost of materials, labour, cleaning of area after painting etc. complete as per Specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting road surface marking with adequate no. of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS: 164 on bituminous surface in white/ yellow / black shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scale, oil, grease and foreign material etc. and lining out complete.: Old work (One or more coats).

Painting background in 2 coats and Writing letters / Figures / Numerals on any new/old surface such as plastered, concrete, metal etc using (Apcolite Premium Enamel Paint of Asian Paint) of spcified shade including cost of paint material and metallic stencils for Alphabets / Numerals all complete as per the directions & Specifications of Engineer-in-charge. (Outer border area shall be paid)
