S/R to R.I. Office Building Angulai in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Dismantling and removing 2.5cm thick A.S. flooring including stacking useful materials and removing debric 50mt. lead from working area etc. including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints12mm deep and removing debric 50mt. leadfrom working area etc. .comlete as per specificaiton and dirction of the Engineer-in charge.

C.C. (1:2:4) with 12 mm size h.g. c.b. chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fitting of Vitrified tiles in floors treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement concrete ( 1:1 ) joined with neat cement punning etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge .

Fitting Vitrified tiles in dado skriting and riser of step on 12mm thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in charge .

16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of brick walls after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminium anodised T Section No 3215 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C. plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0"x2'0" with prelaminated particle board suspended from ceilling etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Providing, fitting & fixing of premoulded decorative corner beading of Model No. C- 443 of GYPSUM INDIA LTD. having cross section demension 112 X 80MM & fixing the same by providing PVC plug, screw, cornice adhesive, fevicol etc. complete in all respect.

Fixing A.C. sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges, wind ties etc.excluding cost of fitting but including cost of A.C.sheet etc.etc complete. As per direction Engineer In-charge.

Priming two coats to old wall work over two coat of primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with cost of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing Surface of walls with cement based wall putty ( Water Based) of approved make & finised smooth & even surface to receive Painting including cost,lead etc.of all materilas of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall Painting two Coats with Plastic emulsion Paint of approved shade including cost of Plastic paint including cost,lead etc.of all materilas of all labour, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete.T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats on iron work over a coat a primer including cost,lead etc.of all materilas etc complete..T&P etc. required for the work complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
